O atendente é super abelhudo.
Sempre que alugo carros em locadoras pedem identidade, carteira de motorista e cartão de crédito.
Este atendente, além destes exige duas cópias autenticadas de sua habilitação, dizendo tratar de lei estadual e norma do Detran, porém não mostra a lei e tal norma. Fica te mandando mensagem para deixar tal documento.
Entregam o carro com combustível na reserva.
Fazem mil recomendações, achando que você é criança e irresponsável.
Não recomendo de jeito nenhum. A não ser que goste de ter aborrecimentos.

The attendant is super beehive.
Whenever I rent cars at car rental companies ask for identity, driver's license and credit card.
This attendant, in addition to these, requires two certified copies of his license, saying he is dealing with state law and the Detran rule, but does not show the law and such rule. Keep texting you to leave such a document.
They deliver the car with fuel to the reserve.
They make a thousand recommendations, thinking you are a child and irresponsible.
I don't recommend it at all. Unless you like to have hassles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loquei uma saveiro nessa locadora por que estava em falta nas minhas locadoras de confiança. ME ARREPENDI. O carro veio com um defeito na injeção eletrônica, tive que parar para consertar, o dono parecia que estava fazendo favor em me atender para realizar o conserto quando na verdade eu quem perdi o dia de trabalho por causa disso. Meu funcionário pegou estrada com o carro para porto seguro ( bebendo mais que bezerro novo) quando o carro quebrou novamente, por falta de manutenção. Carlos fez com que meu funcionário pegasse 3 orçamentos e autorizou a execução de 1 deles, foi feito para ser reembolsado. Resumo da opera quando devolvemos o veiculo ele não reembolsou e disse na cara dura que não ia fazer além de ter feito cobranças absurdas de avarias que não fizemos.
I rented a sloop at this rental store because it was missing from my trusted rental stores. I regret it. The car came with a defect in the electronic injection, I had to stop to fix it, the owner seemed to be doing me a favor in order to carry out the repair when in fact I was the one who missed the work day because of that. My employee took the car to safe harbor (drinking more than a new calf) when the car broke down again, due to lack of maintenance. Carlos made my employee take 3 quotes and authorized the execution of 1 of them, it was made to be reimbursed. Summary of the operation When we returned the vehicle he did not reimburse and said in his hard face that he was not going to do anything besides having made absurd charges for damages that we did not do.

Terrible experience, car unusable. When you are going to deliver the vehicle, you invent some damage, scratch, stain and charge you, very dishonest. Be careful not to get hurt.

Passaram um valor pelo WhatsApp, e APENAS APÓS PASSARMOS O CARTÃO para garantir o valor da caução (que também não informaram que cobravam, apenas quando chegamos na loja), fomos informados que haveria uma "TAXA EXTRA" de R$210, referente ao ISS (Imposto sobre Serviços, que é de INTEIRA responsabilidade do PRESTADOR do serviço, não do cliente.
