★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT RENT IN THIS PLACE, WATCH OUT WHAT THEY CHARGE YOU WITH. NEW SCAM MAKING YOU PAY FOR WASHING THE CAR WHEN YOU BRING IT BACK WITH NEARLY NO USE. EVEN IF USED JUST ONE DAY. RIDICULOUS. SEE YOUR TICKETS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually this rent a car company is clear and good at what they do but this time we experience two issues. The first one was when we called and we asked to remove the extra car protections since my credit card already have extra coverage. So I admit we change the place of reservation and we were able to make the transfer of the rent. These second issue was when we returned the car. They did charge is the extra hour but we believe we handed the keys on time over here at the Aricanduva Mall was rainy and no parking available to drop-off the car. Contract estipulate at 17:58 and it was marked at 19:07. Knowing there is one hour of grace period. Also they did change the place of drop off car. They should have signs letting people know where is and we're is not for dropping of area at the Shopping Aricanduva.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, we needed a 7 seater and they gave us a Fiat Doblo it was OK, not so comfortable if you have 7 people and cabin luggage but that was what was available. Picking up and dropping back was excellent.
