â â â â â O que aconteceu com essa loja? Transformou se da ĂĄgua pro vinho? Passei hoje no super shop de Osasco para comprar o Novo Call of duty, resolvi passar em frente da loja pois semanas atrĂĄs a loja parecia que estava fechando . Pela surpresa me deparei com a loja cheia de novidades toda colorida , fui atendido pelo gerente da loja que nĂŁo Ă© Brasileiro kkkk parece um ĂĄrabe ..fui muito bem atendido me deu um desconto no jogo ainda me deu um chaveiro !!! Tive uns papos com ele , difĂcil de entender portuguĂȘs dele , porĂ©m entendi que essa loja mudou de dono. .. disse que vai mudar de nome .... estĂŁo de parabĂ©ns!!!
What happened to this store? Did it turn from water to wine? I spent today at Osasco's super shop to buy the New Call of Duty, decided to go in front of the store because weeks ago the store looked like it was closing. By surprise I came across the store full of novelties all colored, I was attended by the store manager who is not Brazilian kkkk looks like an Arab .. I was very well attended gave me a discount on the game even gave me a keychain !!! I had some chats with him, difficult to understand his Portuguese, but I understood that this store changed its owner. .. said he will change his name .... congratulations !!!

Comprei um controle de play 3 sabendo que era paralelo pois nĂŁo fabrica mais mas veio em caixa da sony.O produto era leve e mal acabado nĂŁo funcionou voltei e troquei por outro igual. 15 dias depois parou de funcionar liguei na loja e fui atendida pelo Bruno que pediu para que eu levasse na loja para mandar para assistĂȘncia tĂ©cnica, falei que eu queria meu dinheiro de volta quando eu disse isso ele falo..colega aqui nĂŁo funciona assim...ops colega???? eu sou cliente nĂŁo dei intimidade para ele me chamar assim...ele continuou a me chamar de colega e desligou o telefone na minha cara. Fui mediatamente na loja o Bruno se mostrou agressivo mal educado e arrogante. A segurança do shop teve que fazer parte o rapazinho começou a atirar coisas da loja no chĂŁo e quebrou uma rĂ©gua no balcĂŁo onde eu estava acho que para tentar me intimidar....se deu mal pq nĂŁo tenho medo de homem. Fiz reclamação na adm do shop. Fuja desse lugar Ă© pioneira no Reclame Aqui e vende produto falso.
Very disappointing. I bought a control of play 3 knowing that it was parallel because it does not manufacture more but it came in sony box. The product was light and poorly finished did not work I returned and changed by another equal. 15 days later stopped working I called the store and was answered by Bruno who asked me to take him to the store to send for technical assistance, I said that I wanted my money back when I said that he said .. here collects does not work that way. ..ops colleague ???? I'm a customer I did not give him intimacy to call me that ... he kept calling me colleague and hung up the phone in my face. I was immediately in the shop and Bruno was aggressive, uneducated and arrogant. The safety of the shop had to be part the boy started throwing things from the shop on the floor and broke a ruler on the counter where I was think to try to intimidate me .... got bad because I'm not afraid of man. I made a complaint in the adm from the shop. Escape from this place is a pioneer in Reclame Here and sells fake product.
