★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confesso que esperava mais do Starbucks, baixei o QR code do cardápio e lá estava r$ 14 o frappuccino e qualquer outra bebida de 400 ml,na hora de pagar contava r$18 cada fora os adicionais a 3.50 cada um adicional,ou seja valores errados do QR code do cardápio,a bebida da minha filha estava gostosa ela pediu um twix ...ela montou a gosto ,a minha era frappuccino, puro gelo e só tinha gosto de café com leite bem aguado com muito gelo, não gostei
 I confess that I expected more from Starbucks, I downloaded the QR code from the menu and there was r$ 14 for the frappuccino and any other 400 ml drink, at the time of paying it was r$ 18 each, plus the additional 3.50 each, that is wrong values from the QR code of the menu, my daughter's drink was delicious, she ordered a twix ... she set it up to taste, mine was frappuccino, pure ice and it only tasted like watery coffee with milk with lots of ice, I didn't like it

Mesmo perguntando dizem q vai sair, só na insistência se dão conta que perderam o pedido.
They forget your order and you wait like a beast.
Even asking they say it's going to come out, only in insistence they realize they lost the order.

Não lembro qual bebida pedi, mas eu gostei.
Achei caro PARA O MEU BOLSO, mas se fizer as contas os preços saem justos.
O local deveria ser em outro lugar do shopping, mas compreendo que devem cobrar um aluguel carissimo so pq a cafeteira é famosa, talvez aquele local seja mais em conta. Enfim agradeço quem trouxe o starbucks para Osasco.
Voltarei mais vezes.

I don't remember which drink I ordered, but I liked it.
I found it expensive FOR MY POCKET, but if you do the math the prices are fair.
The place should be somewhere else in the mall, but I understand that they must charge a very expensive rent so because the coffee maker is famous, maybe that place is more affordable. Finally, I thank those who brought starbucks to Osasco.
I will come back more often.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assim como qualquer Starbucks, é muito bom, recomendo completamente. Os drinks são muito gostosos, vale o preço. Os atendente são bons, nada muito fora do comum, mas sou sempre bem atendido. O ambiente é gostoso, nos dias de semana é bem tranquilo, já nos finais de semana é um pouco mais cheio. O Starbucks tbm conta com programa de fidelidade pelo App deles que é muito bom, acumula ponto, da pra trocar por bebidas ou itens, personalizar bebida, entre outros. Nesse programa de fidelidade vc tbm ganha uma bebida gratis no seu aniversário.
Just like any Starbucks, it's very good, I completely recommend it. The drinks are very tasty, worth the price. The attendants are good, nothing out of the ordinary, but I am always well attended. The atmosphere is nice, on weekdays it's very quiet, on weekends it's a little more crowded. Starbucks also has a loyalty program through their App, which is very good, accumulates points, can exchange for drinks or items, customize drinks, among others. In this loyalty program you also get a free drink on your birthday.
