I need to register Gledson's excellent service at the Vivo store at Shopping Iguatemi Campinas (11/10/2021), I had been trying to solve the problem through the central (1058 which was terrible) for days, but finally Gledson was very helpful and attentive to the my problem. O atende André me recebeu(19/01/22 as 19:15 hrs) já não tendo bom conhecimento técnico baseado na reclamação que solicitei onde a configuração do aparelho fica desligando dados móveis, e para piorar ainda mais o atendimento se recusou a me atender pelo motivo de Eu ter comprado meu celular dar sequência no atendimento por Eu ter comprado em outra loja da mesma empresa, Loja da VIVO SHOPPING DOM PEDRO.
Ou seja, será que faltou conhecimento técnico ou má vontade de ao menos atender um cliente da vivo, afinal chip e celular foram adquiridos na empresa VIVO...
INFELIZMENTE NÃO CONSIGO ENTENDER PROFISSIONAL DESSE NÍVEL, TRABALHANDO NO ATENDIMENTO AO PÚBLICO.
Unfortunately ZERO ATTENTION.... André received me (19/01/22 at 19:15 hrs) no longer having good technical knowledge based on the complaint I requested where the device configuration is turning off mobile data, and to make matters worse the customer service refused to answer me because I had bought my cell phone to continue the service because I had purchased it at another store of the same company, VIVO SHOPPING DOM PEDRO store.
In other words, could it be that there was a lack of technical knowledge or unwillingness to at least serve one vivo customer, after all, chip and cell phone were acquired at the company VIVO...
UNFORTUNATELY I CANNOT UNDERSTAND A PROFESSIONAL OF THIS LEVEL, WORKING IN PUBLIC SERVICE.
