Comprei uma banheira e não fizeram nem o trabalho de desmontar, entregaram do jeito que estava na loja, hoje recebi uma máquina de lavar e a entrega também deixou a desejar, pois veio sem proteção nenhuma, nem um plástico pra evitar arranhões! Decepcionada.
I shopped twice and was well attended, but the delivery left something to be desired. I bought a bathtub and they didn't even do the work of disassembling it, they delivered it the way it was in the store, today I received a washing machine and the delivery also left something to be desired, because it came without any protection, not even a plastic to avoid scratches! Disappointed.

Em pouco mais de dois meses de uso, a cadeira simplesmente se desfez e tanto a lojas Cem quanto o fabricante nem tentaram solucionar o problema.
Então, aqueles que lêem, evitem fazer negócios na Lojas Cem e busquem outras alternativas. Na Thiago Ferreira há várias opções que levam o cliente mais a sério!
Terrible. I bought an office desk and chair. Until then, everything seemed to be of excellent quality. It just looked.
In just over two months of use, the chair simply fell apart and both Cem stores and the manufacturer didn't even try to fix the problem.
So, those who read, avoid doing business at Lojas Cem and look for other alternatives. At Thiago Ferreira there are several options that take the customer more seriously!
