★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu imagino que essa loja seja fantástica, pena que é tão difícil conseguir um orçamento. Eu sinceramente acho mais fácil conseguir um visto americano do que um orçamento nessa loja. Eu pedi um orçamento no dia 8/2, enviei os projetos e tal. No dia 20/02, cobrei o orçamento, vejam bem, fiquei sem resposta até esse dia. Bom, nesse dia a pessoa que estava me atendendo disse que não tinha feito ainda, por que estava muito ocupada na semana anterior, o nome dela é Esther, sendo que eu pedi o orçamento muito antes. Daí ela quis marcar um dia depois do carnaval e eu desisti. Do nada, começou a me ligar a Dayana que falou que a Esther me passou pra ela, Blz. Aí, vem a parte mais burocrática, tem que agendar uma visita a loja pra receber o orçamento, não fui e não agendeis, me passou pelo WhatsApp que precisava falar comigo para confirmar informações, veio carnaval, me ligou hoje, comendo, trocando meu nome e cheia de sei lá o que, de orçamento e nada. Pra encerrar, como vou fazer negócios com uma empresa que nem fala quanto vai cobrar? Surreal esse atendimento, e ainda fazem propagando de entrega em até 12 dias, eu nem quero imaginar isso, se estou há quase 1 mês pra ter um orçamento. Boa sorte para quem se arriscar a fechar negócio com essa loja.
 I imagine this shop is fantastic, too bad it's so hard to get a quote. I honestly find it easier to get a US visa than a quote at this store. I asked for a quote on 2/8, sent the projects and such. On 02/20, I charged the budget, you see, I had no answer until that day. Well, that day the person who was helping me said he hadn't done it yet, because he was very busy the week before, her name is Esther, and I asked for the quote much earlier. Then she wanted to schedule a day after Carnival and I gave up. Out of nowhere, Dayana started calling me who said that Esther passed it on to her, Blz. Then comes the most bureaucratic part, you have to schedule a visit to the store to receive the quote, I didn't go and don't schedule it, I went through WhatsApp that he needed to talk to me to confirm information, carnival came, called me today, eating, changing my name and full of whatever, budget and nothing. In closing, how am I going to do business with a company that doesn't even say how much it will charge? This service is surreal, and they still advertise delivery within 12 days, I don't even want to imagine that, if I've been on a budget for almost 1 month. Good luck to anyone who dares to do business with this store.

A cozinha ficou com uma porta sem abrir completamente, batendo no parafuso da luminária, várias tampas de isolamento jogadas dentro do armário, uma prateleira colocada no meio da tomada do cooktop, o local para o forno ficou justo, os puxadores descascaram. A gerente Luiza não quer resolver! Sumiu por quase dois meses. Eu procurei por ela novamente e ofereceu a mesma solução. Remendar uma cozinha tão cara que paguei. NÃO POSSO OUVIR FALAR EM MADEIROL!
Awful! The kitchen was left with a door that didn't open completely, hitting the lamp screw, several insulation covers thrown inside the cabinet, a shelf placed in the middle of the cooktop socket, the place for the oven was tight, the handles peeled off. The manager Luiza doesn't want to solve it! Gone for almost two months. I searched for her again and she offered the same solution. Patching up a kitchen so expensive I paid for it. I CANNOT HEAR TALK ABOUT MADEIROL!
