I haven't finished my epilation yet, but there has been good progress so far. MaisLaser is excellent in its service and price, highlighting the professional quality and attention of the physiotherapists who perform the procedures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento deixa muito a desejar. Ganhei 6 sessões gratuitas (como forma da empresa captar novas clientes), fiz o agendamento e fui informada que o mesmo seria feito entre 10 e 15 minutos. Fiquei esperando por 1h até ser atendida para fazer a avaliação. Ao tentar marcar a primeira sessão através do whatsapp, demoraram mais de 24h para responder, e responderam dizendo que não havia meu cadastro (mesmo eu tendo feito-o no dia da avaliação).
Não recomendaria a ninguém. Outras empresas realizam o mesmo procedimento, com pacotes e valores mais interessantes, e com um atendimento muito melhor.
Service leaves much to be desired. I won 6 free sessions (as a way for the company to attract new customers), made the appointment and was informed that the same would be done between 10 and 15 minutes. I was waiting for 1h until I was attended to do the evaluation. When trying to schedule the first session through whatsapp, it took them more than 24 hours to answer, and they replied saying that there was no registration (even though I did it on the day of the evaluation).
I would not recommend it to anyone. Other companies carry out the same procedure, with more interesting packages and prices, and with much better service.

It's been awful!!!! First, I couldn't schedule due to lack of payment. I proved that everything was settled I tried to schedule for a date, they put another one, takes a long time to respond, can't talk on the phone, I wanted to cancel and get all my money back, because I only had one session.
