Precisei do serviço dessa empresa, precisava de um atendimento emergencial e a empresa não tinha tecnico disponivel naquele dia para me atender. Então me colocaram para falar com o técncio Pablo via telefone e explicar o que estava acontecendo com o freezer, fui orientada por ele para realizar uns teste antes de vim até o local e conseguiu resolver meu problema.
Estou extremamente grata, não tenho duvida quando precisar irei contrataro serviço deles, já fiz serviço com eles alguns anos atras gostei do excelente trabalho e preço justo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento deles, disseram que fazia o serviço no local, ou até no mesmo dia se aprovasse o orçamento, mas me encaminharam um técnico de uma empresa terceirizada, a sorte que ele era bem legal e atencioso, levou minha máquina e concertou o vazamento que tava tendo nela.
I didn't like their service, they said they did the service on site, or even on the same day if the budget was approved, but they sent me a technician from an outsourced company, luckily he was very nice and attentive, took my machine and fixed the leak you were having in it.

Solicitei uma visita técnica, agendou para o mesmo dia, porem pediu para eu enviar um vídeo demostrando o problema.
Enviei o video e no mesmo instante detectou o problema e me orientou como proceder para resolver de forma simples, pois era apenas o ventilador que tinha travado devido uma queda de energia.
Não me cobrou nada, foi super honesto e ainda me disse, caso não resolvesse podia ligar, que ele iria pessoalmente.
Realizei o procedimento e minha geladeira esta funcionando perfeitamente.

Primeiro busquei na internet duas empresas, optei por essa que senti segurança e notei desde o orçamento se tratar de profissional técnico com experiência, alguns dias depois aceitei o serviço e tudo ocorreu de uma forma ágil e foi colocado motor original e com garantia 6 meses. I am super satisfied with the service performed on my Brastemp refrigerator that stopped working. First I looked for two companies on the internet, I chose the one that I felt safe and noticed from the quote that it was a technical professional with experience, a few days later I accepted the service and everything happened in an agile way and the original engine was installed with a 6 month warranty.
