Muito triste.

Eu tinha isenção taxa pela Brastemp!
E se quer deixaram um recibo, minha mae que atendeu acabou não solicitando!
Preciso do recibo para a Brastemp ressarcir e não atende o telefone e nem responde o Watt's zap.

Uma falta de respeito muito grande com o consumidor má dificuldade enorme pra fazer uma geladeira funcionar com um conserto muito simples. Essa empresa não era nem pra existir .... não recomendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até o momento o botão do forno não foi instalado e somente dão explicações qdo eu solicito. É sempre a mesma: a Brastemp ñ enviou a peça. Desde o dia 06/12 dei o ok para o valor da peça. Aflita, pois tenho a ceia de Natal para fazer.
