★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz minha cozinha planejada, vieram colocar e não fizeram o alinhamento direito e cedeu um pouca a pia, e ficaram com algumas trincas, fiz a reclamação já tem uns quatro meses e a Vanessa Disse! Que eles ia comparecer na minha residência e até agora nada. Mando mensagem ela se quer olha e nem responde, não recomendo para ninguém, estou muito insatisfeito um super descaso...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proprietário Sr. Valdecir desorganizado, funciona na base da cobrança. Comprei lavatórios para dois banheiros, como não instalam a parte hidráulica fizeram somente as furações. O instalador Danilo com a torneira nas mãos furou errado e teve que retornar para aumentar a furação e assim encaixar a torneira. Após eu instalar torneiras e sifões fiz o teste de encher a cuba com água, percebi vazamentos nas duas cubas que são de granito esculpido. Cobrei o ajuste por duas vezes mas não é da minha natureza ficar implorando. Fica o alerta para que quem contratar o serviço o faça consciente. Dei duas estrelas pois ainda consegui aproveitar os lavatórios mas tive que tirar os vazamentos por conta antes de instalar armários.
Owner Mr. Valdecir disorganized, works on the basis of collection. I bought washbasins for two bathrooms, as they don't install the hydraulic part, they only made the holes. The installer Danilo with the tap in his hands drilled wrong and had to return to increase the drilling and thus fit the tap. After installing taps and siphons I did the test of filling the tub with water, I noticed leaks in the two vats that are carved granite. I covered the adjustment twice but it's not in my nature to be begging. Be alert that whoever contracts the service makes you aware. I gave it two stars because I still managed to take advantage of the washbasins but I had to remove the leaks on my own before installing cabinets.
