Primeiro entregaram material fora da medida, desgastado, fizeram a instalação de forma inadequada, deixaram tudo sujo e ainda tive que ouvir do instalador "a dona não vai perceber" e ele estava falando com a dona! Tiveram que ir várias vezes no apartamento para avaliar as peças, tiraram algumas pra consertar e mesmo assim ainda vieram com alguns cantos trincados, e deixaram a desejar na instalação, as juntas com muito rejunte e craqueladas! Inúmeras viagens e tempo perdido, quase 3 meses e nada de uma instalação digna que faça jus ao valor pago. O pós venda e a comunicação com o cliente é muito ruim. Não indico, tive muita dor de cabeça!
Unfortunately I had a bad experience with Marmotec. First they delivered material that was out of measure, worn out, they did the installation improperly, they left everything dirty and I still had to hear from the installer "the owner won't notice" and he was talking to the owner! They had to go to the apartment several times to evaluate the pieces, they took some out to fix and even then they still came with some cracked corners, and they left something to be desired in the installation, the joints with a lot of grout and cracked! Countless trips and wasted time, almost 3 months and nothing of a decent installation that lives up to the amount paid. After sales and customer communication is very poor. I don't recommend, I had a lot of headache!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo! Fechamos o projeto no início de novembro/2020 e só recebemos a bancada de quartzo branco, em 18 de janeiro/2021. A loja “perdeu” o pedido pq o vendedor foi demitido, o que é inaceitável, pois compramos da empresa e não de pessoa física. Fiquei aguardando o agendamento da medição, fiz contato por telefone e nada. Só foram procurar o pedido após contato via Instagram, com uma pessoa que se identificou como proprietário da empresa. Devia ter cancelado nesse momento, já que o prazo estava extrapolado e solicitado ressarcimento. O meu projeto, elaborado por arquitetas, foi entregue pronto e apesar de enviarem um arquiteto da empresa para a conferência de medidas, a bancada ficou com 2 cm menor do que ele havia conferido, o que prejudicou a minha marcenaria.
Agendaram data de instalação e o instalador veio um dia antes da data marcada, SOZINHO, para instalar uma bancada de 2,35m e outra de 1,60. Ficou me ligando e então precisei sair do trabalho no meio do expediente, afinal, diante de tudo, só queria finalizar a obra. Ele não trouxe argamassa e rejunte, era terceirizado e não sabia que precisaria. A instalação ficou com acabamento terrível. Entrei em contato, enviei imagens, vídeos e nos dias seguintes, 3 equipes diferentes vieram tentar resolver vários detalhes, as emendas mal feitas, as faltas de rejuntes e partes tortas, além do corte errado do cooktop. Depois de “dar uma melhorada em alguns detalhes e muito desgaste, trocaram parte do frontão pq a equipe anterior lixou pra arrumar e ficou pior. Até hoje, a água empoça em um lado da área molhada e o rejunte, agora esta saindo. Muito prejuízo envolvido: atrasou minha mudança, a marcenaria precisou ajustar o projeto, perdi dias de trabalho, fora o desgate emocional. Serviço nao condiz com o valor pago e pos venda lamentável.

The store “lost” the order because the seller was fired, which is unacceptable, as we buy from the company and not from an individual. I was waiting for the measurement to be scheduled, I made contact by phone and nothing. They only went to look for the request after contacting via Instagram, with a person who identified himself as the owner of the company. It should have canceled at that moment, since the deadline was extrapolated and requested reimbursement. My project, prepared by architects, was delivered ready and despite sending an architect from the company to the measurement conference, the bench was 2 cm smaller than he had checked, which harmed my woodworking.
They scheduled an installation date and the installer came the day before the scheduled date, ALONE, to install a 2.35 m bench and another 1.60. He kept calling me and then I had to leave work in the middle of the day, after all, after all, I just wanted to finish the work. He didn't bring mortar and grout, he was outsourced and didn't know he would need it. The installation got a terrible finish. I got in touch, sent images, videos and in the following days, 3 different teams came to try to solve several details, the poorly made seams, the lack of grout and crooked parts, in addition to the wrong cut of the cooktop. After “improving some details and a lot of wear and tear, they replaced part of the pediment because the previous team had sanded to fix it and it got worse. To this day, water puddles on one side of the wet area and the grout is now coming out. A lot of damage was involved: it delayed my move, the carpentry had to adjust the project, I lost days of work, apart from the emotional exhaustion. Service does not match the amount paid and unfortunate after sale.

Tive problemas com projetos passado pela minha arquiteta que me deixou bastante chateada e a Marmotec resolveu e me deu nova ideias, comprei Lâminas Ultracompacta e ficou a casa dos meus sonho sendo realizado.
Super indico , pois desde o atendimento e entrega do material só gratidão, muito satisfeita.
