★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cumprem prazo, vão te enrolando até não poder mais, descutem com o cliente no telefone falando que vai ter que esperar se quiser o material sim, mentem que você demorou pra fechar o pedido, sendo que levou apenas um dia pra que fosse feito o pagamento depois de iniciar a negociacao. Péssimo lugar...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Retirei minha pia velha desde segunda feira acreditando na palavra da Renata que iria me entregar na terça porém até hoje quinta não instalaram e pasmem acabei de saber que minhas pedras não estão prontas ainda. O serviço pode ser de qualidade mas não cumprem com o que prometem e ainda mentem no prazo.
I removed my old sink since Monday, believing in Renata's word that I was going to deliver it on Tuesday, but until today, Thursday, they haven't installed it and I just found out that my stones are not ready yet. The service may be of quality but they do not deliver what they promise and still lie on time.
