★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje venho por meio desta mostra minha indignação com a falta de atenção e desprezo com que tenho sido tratado pela empresa, ao fazer algumas solicitações por e-mail de apenas envio de faturas ou dúvidas de um serviço o funcionário responsável me retorna com rispidez e sarcasmo sem ao menos lê-los. Em inúmeras vezes tolerei este comportamento pois penas queria as faturas, porém hoje se tornou insustentável quando após ter me tratado dias anteriores com a mesma maneira que se tornou padrão, não resolvendo o problema de envio de fatura o funcionário ignorando meu pedido mesmo sabendo que isto acarretaria em um prejuízo financeiro a mim. Aguardo retorno para que possam resolver meu transtorno de um simples envio de faturas.
Today I come here by showing my indignation at the lack of attention and contempt with which I have been treated by the company, when making some email requests for just sending invoices or questions of a service the responsible employee returns me with harshness and sarcasm without even reading them. I have often tolerated this behavior because penalties wanted the invoices, but today it became untenable when after treating me earlier days in the same way it became standard, not solving the problem of invoice the employee ignoring my request even knowing that this would cause a financial loss to me. I look forward to returning so that you can resolve my inconvenience by simply sending invoices.
