Muita falta de atenção e consideração.
Aqui fica minha indignação.

Sendo a senhora uma paciente frequente da nossa clínica , já deve ter observado que o local conta com vários profissionais e por isso , orientamos que os pacientes devem chegar e se dirigir a secretária para iniciar o processo do seu atendimento . Como foi dito, após informar a secretária sobre a conferência dos óculos a espera demorou 2 minutos.É fundamental que a secretária seja avisada no momento da chegada para que assim possa direcionar o paciente.
