★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de registrar minha insatisfação quanto ao atendimento, meu filho tinha consulta as 11h15, cheguei 30 minutos antes do horário, conforme solicitado, quando chegamos não tinha nenhum paciente aguardando, somente na sala com o médico alergista, após uns 10 minutos que cheguei, chegou 1 paciente. Quando o Dr. terminou a consulta, chamou a paciente que chegou depois de mim, e logo em seguida, outro paciente, que por sinal já estava no meu horário. Reclamei na recepção e as 4 pessoas que ali se encontravam, confirmaram que mesmo os pacientes chegando atrasados o Dr. atende pelo horário marcado. Falta de respeito, pq se já pedem para chegar antes, pq atendem os atrasados?
 I would like to register my dissatisfaction with the service, my son had an appointment at 11:15 am, I arrived 30 minutes before the time, as requested, when we arrived there was no patient waiting, only in the room with the allergist doctor, after about 10 minutes I arrived, he arrived 1 patient. When the Dr. finished the consultation, he called the patient who arrived after me, and soon after, another patient, who, by the way, was already on my schedule. I complained at the reception and the 4 people who were there, confirmed that even the patients arriving late, the Dr. attends by the scheduled time. Lack of respect, because if they ask to arrive before, why do they attend to the late ones?

Acredito que seja uma das melhores pediatras da cidade, questionou tudo sobre a criança deu várias orientações pertinentes!
A clínica estava meio cheia e a espera foi dentro da normalidade.

I believe she is one of the best pediatricians in the city, she questioned everything about the child and gave her several pertinent guidelines!
The clinic was half full and the wait was normal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem consegui agendar, liquei esperei 3 min pra ser atendida e quando a recepcionista atendeu nao entendeu o que eu disse e desligou e ja desligou nao espererou nem eu repetir.
I couldn't make an appointment, I called and waited 3 minutes to be answered and when the receptionist answered, she didn't understand what I said and hung up and she already hung up, she didn't even wait for me to repeat.
