★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, realizei o pedido pelo ifood as 19:03 fui obrigado a cancelar o pedido as 22:28 pois nao foi entregue,não informaram o motivo, simplesmente ignoravam as mensagens do chat, o telefone não funciona. Um descaso com os clientes, não recomendo esse estabelecimento de forma alguma,não há comentários positivos sobre ele
 Bad experience, I placed the order through ifood at 19:03 I was forced to cancel the order at 22:28 because it was not delivered, they did not inform the reason, they simply ignored the chat messages, the phone does not work. A disregard for customers, I do not recommend this establishment at all, there are no positive comments about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de receber a entrega de 48 hot Filadélfia, uma comida que não é barata e está velha. Não foi feita agora, só esquentaram e aí passou do tempo de entrega 20 minutos. Estou completamente decepcionada, com a falta de cuidado comprometimento com a qualidade. Minha filha de 5 anos adora. E nem vou poder pedir em outro lugar, devido ao desfalque que recebi. O mínimo que espero quando peço,no Ifood é comida fresca!
I just received delivery of 48 hot Philadelphia, a food that is not cheap and is old. It wasn't done now, it just got heated and then the delivery time was 20 minutes. I am completely disappointed with the lack of careful commitment to quality. My 5 year old daughter loves it. And I won't even be able to ask for it elsewhere, due to the embezzlement I received. The least I expect when I order at Ifood is fresh food!

As 23:29 enviei mensagem pq a comida sempre chega antes ou no máximo dentro do horário.
Não responderam ao chat.
Meia noite e vinte, após uma hora de atraso, cancelei o pedido, minha sorte foi não ter colocado pra pagar direto no app.
Enfim, talvez sejam bons no atendimento presencial, no on line pecam muito.
Nem sobre o sabor posso falar, já que o pedido não chegou e nenhum tipo de informação por parte da empresa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, o telefone nem existe. Além de esperar por mais de 2 horas um pedido do Ifood que nao veio, desisti vou dormir com fome.
Pelos comentários do Ifood esse lugar deveria ser Fechado.
Bad service, the phone doesn't even exist. In addition to waiting for more than 2 hours for an Ifood order that didn't come, I gave up going to sleep hungry.
According to Ifood's comments this place should be closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui no Mermão que serve comida japonesa ao lado. Adorei os hots. Mas a cerveja estava bem quente. O sashimi de salmao não qo estava frio e sim em temperatura ambiente qd veio p mesa. Mas não é uma crítica e sim pontos que podem melhorar. Há mesinhas para sentar. Na próxima comerei os hambúrgueres artesanais. A comida estava muito gostosa e com certeza irei voltar.
I went in the Merma which serves Japanese food next door. I loved the hots. But the beer was very hot. The salmon sashimi was not that cold but rather at room temperature qd came p table. But it's not a criticism but rather points that can improve. There are tables to sit on. Next time I'll eat the homemade burgers. The food was very tasty and I will definitely return.

Fiz meu pedido era 1:00 e pouca da manhã, foi confirmado, disse que o pedido estava caminho já são 2:51 e até agora nada de chegar, não tem ao menos um número de telefone pra gente poder ligar, e no chat ninguém responde. Simplesmente decepcionada com esse Restaurante!!! ????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já comi em dezenas de japonês, esse sem dúvida foi o pior, atrasaram mais de uma hora o pedido, não consegui contato com o número que eles colocaram pra ligar, e quem me respondeu no Chat É SUPER MAL EDUCADO! Atendimento péssimo! Não recomendo.
I've eaten in dozens of Japanese, this one was without a doubt the worst, the order was delayed by more than an hour, I couldn't contact the number they put to call, and whoever answered me in the Chat IS SUPER RUDE! Terrible service! I do not recommend.
