Se precisar de um software da Epson, HP é só ir no site e puxar os drives que ela vai funcionar. As empresas de plotter tem que ter software pra vender. Nós Estados Unidos tem. Aqui também tem que ter. Nos Estados Unidos custa $29,00 e aqui R$500,00 o mesmo. Vou comprar de lá. Pois aqui fazem 5 dias que nem resposta tive.
I asked for information about plotter software and was told it doesn't sell. If I buy a plotter with them and I lose the installation CD, what do I do? Will I have to buy with another one? If you need software from Epson, HP just go to the website and pull the drives and it will work. Plotter companies have to have software to sell. Us United States has. Here you have to have it too. In the United States it costs $29.00 and here R$500.00 is the same. I will buy from there. Because it's been 5 days since I had no response.

Terrible, I don't recommend it to anyone. They sell the machine and deny warranty, even following everything that is passed.
