Achei o trabalho realizado por vocês no registro do nascimento do meu filho muito ruim.
Feito de qualquer jeito só pra cumprir tabela, mesmo.
Não adianta reclamar, já que como o próprio nome de vocês já diz, é um momento único, não dá pra voltar atrás, refazer, então a mim e a minha família, só resta ter que engolir o sapo e pronto.
Em 2011, fizemos o registro do nascimento da minha filha com vcs e ela adora ver o vídeo a todo momento e até ela, com 8 anos, me perguntou porque as coisas dos meninos são feitas com menos capricho, pra vcs terem uma idéia de como ficou a desejar.
Enfim, só um registro da nossa insatisfação
It's been a while, but I feel compelled to register my dissatisfaction.
I found the work done by you in registering the birth of my son very bad.
Done anyway just to fulfill the table, really.
There is no point in complaining, since as your name already says, it is a unique moment, you cannot go back, redo it, so for me and my family, all I have to do is swallow the frog and that's it.
In 2011, we recorded my daughter's birth with you guys and she loves to watch the video all the time and even she, at the age of 8, asked me why boys' things are done with less care, so you can have an idea of how was to be desired.
Anyway, just a record of our dissatisfaction

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fotos não tão boas, salva-se algumas. Atendimento péssimo! Estou tentando o reembolso do Newbron aproximadamente 30 dias. Prazo para a entrega da filmagem 30 dias úteis, até agora não me posicionaram nem o reembolso e muito menos a entrega da filmagem. PROFISSIONALISMO PÉSSIMO!
Not so good photos, save a few. Lousy service! I am trying to refund Newbron approximately 30 days. Deadline for the delivery of the footage 30 working days, so far I have not positioned myself nor the refund and much less the delivery of the footage. TERRIBLE PROFESSIONALISM!

Momento único é uma empresa que não indico a ninguém! Prazos não cumpridos e atendimento péssimo.
Em um momento de muita emoção para eu e meu marido com o nascimento do nosso filho no hospital e maternidade Brasil em Santo André, fomos abordados pela equipe momento único em adquirir o álbum registrando o que estavamos vivendo. Sim aceitamos, porém fizemos nossa parte e o acordo foi feito. Conforme contrato o prazo era de 30 dias para nos atender com a entrega, pois se passou o prazo e ao questionar a equipe a nossa insatisfação por várias vezes com o prazo, o único parecer era "eu entendo" mas nada se resolvia com 4meses de nascimento ainda não recebemos, o prazo foi prorrogado para mais 1 mês (5meses depois do nascimento do meu filho). Pedimos o cancelamento e o ressarcimento, pois, não tínhamos mais o que aceitar uma vez que a empresa não cumpriu conforme acordado, porém falaram que só querem dar 50% do valor, sendo que as fotos disponibilizadas não são tratadas e apenas tirada por uma máquina profissional e estão dificultando o ressarcimento de 100% uma vez que não fomos atendidos conforme o contrato, porque o maior interesse é o álbum para quem contrata este tipo de trabalho.
Enfim... Uma empresa com um difícil atendimento e sem preparação para atender as vigência do próprio contrato.
Lamentavel!!!
UNSATISFIED! DISAPPOINTED
Unique moment is a company that I do not recommend to anyone! Deadlines and poor service.
In a moment of great emotion for my husband and I with the birth of our son in the hospital and maternity Brazil in Santo André, we were approached by the team a unique moment in acquiring the album recording what we were experiencing. Yes, we accepted, but we did our part and the agreement was made. According to the contract, the deadline was 30 days to meet us with the delivery, as the deadline passed and when the team questioned our dissatisfaction with the deadline several times, the only opinion was "I understand" but nothing was resolved with 4 months we have not yet received birth, the deadline has been extended to another month (5 months after the birth of my son). We asked for cancellation and reimbursement, as we had nothing else to accept since the company did not comply as agreed, but said that they only want to give 50% of the amount, and the photos provided are not treated and only taken by a machine professional and are hindering 100% reimbursement since we were not served under the contract, because the greatest interest is the album for those who hire this type of work.
Anyway ... A company with a difficult service and without preparation to meet the validity of the contract itself.
Unfortunate!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pacote completo e fizeram tudo como foi combinado, na na hora de entregar o álbum e o vídeo foi uma dor de cabeça.
Graças a Fernanda q é uma ex funcionaria conseguiu me mandar o álbum, mas o vídeo até agora nada.
Não recomendo !!
Atualizando...
Um mês depois que entregaram o álbum eu tive o vídeo em mãos, mas tive que ameaçar a usar o poder de polícia para resolver o caso aí tomaram providências.
Continuo não recomendando a NGM, vcs podem perder um momento que dinheiro nenhum paga para os pais.
I did the complete package and did everything as agreed, when delivering the album and the video was a headache.
Thanks to Fernanda, who is an ex-employee, she managed to send me the album, but the video so far has been nothing.
I do not recommend !!

A month after they delivered the album, I had the video in hand, but I had to threaten to use the police power to solve the case.
I still do not recommend NGM, you can miss a moment that no money pays to parents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todas as fotos do meu filho desde seu nascimento até agora são feitas no estúdio do MU, profissionais de primeira linha, muito atenciosos com minha esposa e meu bebê, os preços são justos e sempre há um pacote prá cada etapa e momentos da infância, vale a pena conferir e investir nas fotografias porquê marcam muito.
All photos of my son from birth to now are made at MU's studio, first-rate professionals, very attentive to my wife and baby, prices are fair and there is always a package for every stage and moments of childhood, worth worth checking out and investing in the photos because they mark a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento bastante competente com fotógrafas bastante pacientes com o bebê, que nós sabemos que podem ser bem geniosos quando não estão interessados no que está acontecendo.
Não dou 5 estrelas pelo atraso no envio dos produtos que tive. Estou com outro serviço sob seus cuidados e, caso melhorem quanto a isso (fotografia para a Páscoa não pode atrasar essa semana né?), então eu mudo minha avaliação. Caso atrasem a ponto de eu não conseguir mostrar a meus familiares na Páscoa, aí a nota vai é lá embaixo.
Very competent service with photographers who are very patient with the baby, which we know can be quite genious when they are not interested in what is happening.
I don't give 5 stars for the delay in sending the products I had. I have another service under your care and, if they get better about it (Easter photography can't delay this week, right?), Then I change my assessment. In case they are delayed to the point that I am unable to show my family at Easter, then the note goes down there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O nosso carinho pela Momento Único já é antigo: a mais de 4 anos eles nos acompanham. Tivemos sessão de fotos no parto, acompanhamento, Smash the Cake (nosso caso com frutas), Natal e, claro, Newborn! Sempre nos recebem super bem, com um cafezinho, uma água e até bolo...além disso as fotógrafas são super talentosas, sensíveis e apaixonadas pelo que fazem.
Our affection for Momento Único is already old: they have been with us for more than 4 years. We had birthing photo shoots, follow-up, Smash the Cake (our case with fruit), Christmas and of course Newborn! They always welcome us very well, with a cup of coffee, water and even cake... in addition, the photographers are super talented, sensitive and passionate about what they do.
