They are thieves, they removed 200 dollars from my credit card after my return and never answered emails or gave an explanation.

Cobran, como supuestos errores de cliente, se quedan con la información de las tarjetas de credito, estamos esperando un re embolso de la empresa, ya nos vinieron 150 dolares, de los cuales se nos devolvieron 100 y ahora llegaron 29 dolares, pasado 6 meses del primer error. Aguardo la devolución de esos 29 y los 50 dolares restantes. Y un escrito que notifique que no podrán usar mis datos.
Mucho cuidado con esta empresa!
Iniciaremos um processo judicial no Uruguai. Eles cobram, como supostos erros do cliente, mantêm as informações dos cartões de crédito, estamos aguardando um reembolso da empresa, já recebemos 150 dólares, dos quais 100 foram devolvidos para nós e agora 29 dólares chegaram, após 6 meses do primeiro erro. Aguardo o retorno dos 29 e dos 50 dólares restantes. E uma carta que notifica que eles não poderão usar meus dados.
Tenha muito cuidado com esta empresa!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented 5 bikes for 3 hours, and they closed before that so we had to sort out management of the bikes so they wouldn't get stolen. Major headache. Lost my I'd card to them in the process as I was leaving town shortly after. Too bad zero stars isn't an option. The bikes were also very very crappy, some has bad brakes etc...
