Prazo de entrega já passou e o que recebemos foi uma desculpa de que o fornecedor errou no pedido. E nós somos os culpados. ? A loja recebe o pagamento direitinho e o cliente fica implorando por um novo prazo de entrega?

Atraso na entrega e nunca se tinha uma previsão, diversos contatos e não tínhamos ao menos um retorno e a devolução do dinheiro ainda também não ocorreu. Uma falta de repeito com o cliente. Não indico essa loja.
The sale was great, but the bad after-sales, a lack of respect and commitment. Delay in delivery and there was never a forecast, several contacts and we did not have at least a return and the return of money has not yet occurred. A lack of respect with the customer. I don't recommend this store.

Á principio foram muito educados, porém, o cenário mudou completamente quando começaram a aparecer os problemas.
Comprei uma cama que não foi entregue no prazo combinado (60 dias). No término do prazo, entrei em contato para saber a respeito da entrega e me disseram (arrogantemente) para que eu esperasse mais um tempo pois o produto ainda não estava com eles. Educadamente me opus a esperar e solicitei que a compra fosse cancelada e meu dinheiro fosse devolvido. Eles, então, após muitas discussões e gritarias da parte deles, me deram um CHEQUE SEM FUNDO como forma de pagamento. Quando entrei em contato para saber o que estava acontecendo, uma funcionaria me atendeu extremamente grossa, gritando ao telefone solicitando que eu reapresentasse o cheque.
Milagrosamente, após quase 15 dias de desgaste, na segunda apresentação o cheque foi compensado.
Enfim, não indico a loja, os funcionários nem sequer oriento que passem na calçada!
Unfortunately I had the displeasure to visit this store.
At first they were very polite, however, the scenario changed completely when the problems started to appear.
I bought a bed that was not delivered within the agreed period (60 days). At the end of the period, I got in touch to find out about the delivery and I was told (arrogantly) that I would wait a little longer because the product was not yet with them. I politely objected to waiting and requested that the purchase be canceled and my money returned. They then, after much discussion and shouting on their part, gave me a BOTTOM CHECK as a form of payment. When I got in touch to find out what was going on, an employee answered me extremely loudly, shouting over the phone asking me to resubmit the check.
Miraculously, after almost 15 days of wear, in the second presentation the check was cleared.
Anyway, I do not recommend the store, the employees do not even direct them to pass on the sidewalk!
