★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendedora disse que faz móveis a 42 anos, mas nesse tempo todo não aprendeu a tratar bem os clientes, péssima experiência, é com certeza a pior loja da rua! Passem reto, não percam o tempo de vocês entrando, a qualidade dos móveis não compensa o péssimo atendimento!

Fomos destratado e nem um bom dia esboçou. Boas vendas e sucesso para a empresa. Loja excluida de minhas opções de compra.
I was with my old dad looking for sofa options this Saturday. Shame and indignation are the words that describe the service. Totally unprepared person, practically unreal. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um sofá há 8 meses atrás, o mesmo desde que chegou percebemos que não era confortável e minha irmã que tem problemas nos joelhos está sofrendo pois passa a maior parte sentada nele vendo TV, sem contar que ele está deformando com tão pouco tempo de uso, foi um sofá caro para ser tão ruim assim. Nunca mais entro nessa loja.
I bought a sofa 8 months ago, the same one since we arrived we realized it was not comfortable and my sister who has problems with her knees is suffering because she spends most of it sitting on it watching TV, not to mention that it is deforming with so little use. , it was an expensive sofa to be that bad. Não comprem. Na loja os móveis são ótimos, mas quando montam na sua casa é outra qualidade, montagem desalinhada e mal feita.
Comprei um painel para sala, vieram instalar, fizeram instalação no diâmetro errado da parede, gavetas desalinhadas, sujaram toda a parede com marcas de mãos, painel riscado.
Fomos até a loja reclamar e pediram para que ligassemos no SAC, não conseguimos resolver o problema. SAC entrou em contato conosco dizendo que não podem fazer mais nada.

We went to the store to complain and they asked us to call SAC, we couldn't solve the problem. SAC got in touch with us saying they can't do anything else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EU FUI EM UMA ENTEVISTA DE EMPREGO NO DIA 22/01/2022 E FIQUEI ESPANTADO, ISSO PORQUE FUI EM DIVERSAS ENTREVISTAS E NUNCA VI NADA IGUAL, Ai quando o gerente chegou entendi melhor uma pessoa mau educada, me deixou esperando 1 hr e quando chegou me tratou super mau comecou me atacar como se estivesse falando com um marginal eu fui la somente na humildade em busca de um emprego e fiquei muito chateado pelo modo e depois ele viu que pisou na bola e veio com discurso que pressao e modos fazia parte do processo seletivo! Mentira psicologo nem um maltrata candidatos, as pessoas acham que temos disponibilidade para para ir ate elas e nao pensam que envolve custo e tempo um cara estudado iria abrir um processo.Mas da minha parte so um comentario para melhoria da empresa e nao fazer isso com outros candidatos.

Fiz contato com a empresa através do SAC informando o problema, informado que a garantia já tinha acabado me propuseram pagar uma taxa pelo frete (Sem custo para reparo). Serviço aceito, retiraram meu sofá e menos de 10 dias já entregaram 100%. Agradeço atenção da empresa e avalio o produto como muito bom, afinal e um sofá confortável e cabe toda família.
