Porém, os meus últimos três sapatos adquiridos (um há uns dois anos, comprado para uso em casamentos, ou seja, muito pouco usado, e dois comprados em meados do ano passado) apresentam problemas. O mais antigo apresentou deformações no couro, parte superior. Um dos mais novos, esse usado no dia a dia, idem. Esses dois, pretos. O outro mais novo, de cor marrom, que devo ter utilizado, se muito, três vezes, embora guardado dentro do próprio saco de pano fornecido pela própria loja, apresentou manchas brancas na lateral, em ambos sapatos, as quais não consegui remover. Estive ontem na loja do Shopping Salvador, em Salvador/BA, pra reclamar apenas do sapato manchado, já que tais manchas me impedem de usá-lo. Na Loja, a Gerente Acirema, embora tenha me atendido com a devida atenção, não me deu esperanças de resolver, pelo menos, o problema das manchas. Parece que vou ficar no prejuízo (mais de 300 reais). Se não houver nenhum interesse da Mr. Cat em resolver as minhas queixas, não tem problema. Vida que segue. Um cliente de mais de vinte anos a menos. E dedos dispostos a mostrar ao mundo que os belos e confortáveis sapatos dessa loja não são mais os mesmos.
I have been a customer of Mr. Cat for over 20 years. However, my last three shoes purchased (one about two years ago, bought for use in weddings, that is, very little used, and two bought in the middle of last year) have problems. The oldest one showed deformations in the leather, upper part. One of the newer ones, the one used in everyday life, ditto. These two are black. The younger one, brown in color, which I must have used, if at all, three times, although kept inside the cloth bag provided by the store itself, showed white spots on the side, on both shoes, which I was unable to remove. Yesterday I was at the store at Shopping Salvador, in Salvador / BA, to complain only about the stained shoe, since such stains prevent me from using it. At the store, the Manager Acirema, although she took care of me with due attention, did not give me hope of solving, at least, the problem of stains. It seems that I will be at a loss (more than 300 reais). If there is no interest from Mr. Cat in resolving my complaints, no problem. Life goes on. A client over twenty years younger. And fingers willing to show the world that the beautiful and comfortable shoes in this store are no longer the same.
