Atendimento presencial muito bom, mesmo a gravação da central telefônica informar estar em manutenção, quando fui à unidade a gerente contornou a situação com profissionalismo e educação. O local é extremamente limpo e agradável, com técnicos atenciosos e gentis. Ja fiz angio e outros exames de imagem e sempre gostei bastante do atendimento.
Very good face-to-face service, even the recording of the call center informing that it was undergoing maintenance, when I went to the unit, the manager dealt with the situation with professionalism and education. The place is extremely clean and pleasant, with attentive and kind technicians. I've done angiography and other imaging exams and I've always enjoyed the service.

Meu marido fez uma importante RM em 10.11.21, pagou a entrega e ate dia 26.11.21, nada foi recebido, apesar de varios contatos telefonicos nossos. Isto denota descontrole administrativo. O acesso pelo site nao apresenta o resultado e promessas de envio por e mail nao se realizaram. Aguardamos ainda o resultado.
My husband made an important RM on 11.10.21, paid for the delivery and until 11.26.21, nothing was received, despite several phone calls from us. This denotes administrative lack of control. Access through the site does not show the result and promises to be sent by e-mail were not fulfilled. We still await the result.

Eu estive hoje dia 12/11/2021 na Unidade de Ipanema acompanhando meu filho de 6 anos e só tenho elogios desde a recepção até o momento da nossa saída. Funcionários muito atenciosos, educados, ambiente limpo, tranquilo. Não demorou, tudo certinho. Confesso que antes de ir, vim olhar as referências no Google e me assustei mas tive a minha experiência, pude comprovar que pelo menos com a gente, deu tudo certo e agradeço muito todo atendimento , atenção e carinho comigo e com meu filho. Recomendo, nota 1000 ??
Today I was at the Ipanema Unit on 11/12/2021 accompanying my 6-year-old son and I only have compliments from the reception until the moment of our departure. Very attentive staff, polite, clean environment, quiet. It didn't take long, everything was fine. I confess that before going, I came to look at the references on Google and I got scared, but I had my experience, I could prove that at least with us, everything worked out and I really appreciate all the service, attention and affection with me and my son. I recommend, grade 1000 ??

Os funcionários foram muito solícitos, mas existe uma desorganização interna absurda. Atraso de no mínimo 1 hora pro meu exame. Até desisti e não volto mais.
The employees were very helpful, but there is an absurd internal disorganization. I'm at least 1 hour late for my exam. I even gave up and won't be back.

Tive um problema de joelho e agendei a ressonancia conforme pedido medico. O problema foi após o exame realizado, fui informado que o resultado só é liberado após uma semana. Tentei argumentar com os atendentes mas foi inútil, terei que realizar uma nova ressonancia em outro lugar.
I had a knee problem and I scheduled an MRI as per the doctor's request. The problem was after the exam was carried out, I was informed that the result is only released after a week. I tried to argue with the attendants but it was useless, I will have to perform a new resonance somewhere else.

Já fiz quatro ressonâncias e fui muito bem atendido. Agora tudo mudou. Agendei meu exame e na véspera me informaram que precisava ser pedido pelo médico de outra forma. Fiz o que pediram, enviei para o email indicado, receberam e mandaram as instruções Agora, me mandam outro email dizendo que tenho que aguardar o setor de autorização. O exame seria amanhã. Péssimo!

Além de atender bem os clientes. São péssimos na organização . Os clientes não conseguem ser atendido no horário. E as pessoas que chegam após a espera do clientes. Elas são passadas na frente desse cliente que está um bom tempo esperando para ser atendido. Essa imagem é de Madureira.
