★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não comprem na multicoisas. Se o seu produto estiver com defeito, você não consegue trocar exceto na loja em que realizou a compra, isso se eles ainda tiverem o produto!
Boa sorte tentanto entrar em contato com os gerentes e SAC! não dão a mínima para o consumidor que comprou seus produtos de baixa qualidade e preços exorbitantes.
Tentam se esquivar alegando trabalharem com franquias. Ou seja, o problema é seu, do consumidor idiota. Não impõe condições para que você gaste o seu dinheiro. Mas para consertarem o problema que criam para o consumidor? milhões de obstáculos.
Multicoisas = multiproblemas.
Do not buy in multi-things. If your product is defective, you cannot exchange it except at the store where you purchased it, if they still have the product!
Good luck trying to get in touch with the managers and SAC! they don't give a damn about the consumer who bought their low quality products and exorbitant prices.
