★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos ver uma casa e de início fomos bem atendidos, a ficha aprovada. Enviamos a contra proposta e foi aceita. Enfim, depois entramos em contato e nada de resposta da Marisa corretora. Nada! Nem sim nem não. Liguei na imobiliária e a pessoa q atendeu e não se identificou e ficou com voz de riso. Falta de respeito e profissionalismo. Podia ter falado q alugaram por um preço maior e ok. Vida q segue mas não indico pela falta de profissionalismo e desdém neste caso. Odiei a experiência!
We went to see a house and at first we were well attended, the form approved. We sent the counter proposal and it was accepted. Anyway, then we got in touch and no response from Marisa, brokerage. Nothing! Neither yes nor no. I called the real estate agency and the person who answered and did not identify himself and was laughing. Lack of respect and professionalism. I could have said q rented for a higher price and ok. Life goes on but I do not indicate the lack of professionalism and disdain in this case. I hated the experience!
