Levei um ar condicionado para limpeza interna, conforme me indicava a assistência técnica da marca, limpou somente o filtro e me cobrou o dobro do preço de outros locais (depois que eu fui pesquisar...). Hoje, um mês depois, estou com problemas no ar e levando em outro lugar para fazer uma limpeza mais completa e trocar uma peça, pela metade do preço....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei o orçamento do concerto do meu liquidificador industrial, sem prévio aviso o responsável pelo local fez o concerto com peças reaproveitadas, não me ofereceu troca por novas peças sendo que ele é autorizada em Ribeirão Preto da marca, e ainda quis cobrar R$190.
Eu em uma tentativa de negociar respondi se teria como fazer um pouquinho mais barato e ele me respondeu grosseiramente para ir retirar o liquidificador da loja dele.
Não satisfeito no momento de retirar o liquidificador, ele foi buscá-lo com raiva e o derrubou causando estragos irreparáveis.
Para evitar mais conflito com um estabelecimento sem estrutura alguma eu fui embora, e escrevo este relato aqui para que ninguém seja lesado como eu fui. Se precisar de concerto em seus aparelhos FUJA DESTE LUGAR.
