★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet horrivel, nao entregam a velocidade que é paga, o problema e sempre no seu roteador e eles sempre estão tudo normal, vc mede a velocidade e esta ótima, ai vc mede de novo e ja caiu e mede de novo caiu mais ainda,
simplesmente nada de satisfação.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utilizei e indiquei a internet do Fabiano vários anos, foi a primeira a cabear o bairro teria até hoje se tivessem investido em atendimento e fibra, os técnicos são conhecidos e confio no atendimento em todos problemas na época a Bruna e a Bianca resolveram. poderia ser líder se tivessem entrado na fibra agora têm uma concorrência enorme.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concordo plenamente com a indignação com o comentario do colega acima, provedor de péssima qualidade, toda semana acontece algum problema na rede deles, que deixa a internet que ja ruim pior ainda, com o descaso de voçe ainda adquirir um plano de 6 ou 10 megas que e furada, so querem ganhar na pilantragem, se assina um determinado plano que automaticamente limita a sua velocidade se vc estiver consumindo de mais, pra não usar o que vc contratou, provedor pessimo. so tenho negativações sobre essa empresa.

EU COMO CONSUMIDORA NÃO SOU OBRIGADA A PAGAR SERVIÇO INÚTIL COMO FOI O DESSA INTERNET @NETINTERNET! OBRIGADA PELA ATENÇÃO. Horário de atendimento sem flexibilidade, a cada dois dias tenho problemas de conexão, fica dias sem funcionar, pago por algo que não uso e se ainda for reclamar a atendente é debochada e tira onda com a sua cara, não recomendo só terá dor de cabeça.
Bad internet, even worse service. Opening hours without flexibility, every two days I have connection problems, it doesn't work for days, I pay for something I don't use and if I still complain the attendant is mocked and makes fun of you, I don't recommend it, you'll only have a headache .
