★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ja estou com eles aproximadamente ha 2 anos aqui em Francisco Morato, e não troco ela por outras aqui da região que dizem ser fibra de ponta. dificilmente ela falha comigo. Alias larguei o speedy e não me arrependo. So precisar melhorar no atendimento via telemarkting tem hora que e uma beleza, mas tem momento que deixa a desejar... sugestão e realizar avaliação nos atendentes, tem bons como ruins... Do resto só tenho a agradecer...muito obrigado Netfibra

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO. Todos os dias a internet para, ai vc tem q ligar lá pra eles arrumarem. E se vc fala com eles a tarde eles demoram pra responder até acabar o horário de atendimento. Internet horrível, trava toda hora. Pra assistir um filme de 1h vc leva 5h. Ai vc liga lá e como mágica sua Internet funciona. Vc tem que ficar o dia todo tirando da tomada pra ver se dá sorte dela voltar a funcionar. E aí se vc fica 3 dias sem internet, vc paga, eles não abatem do valor. Mas pra cobrar juros são ótimos. Escolha qualquer outra internet, menos essa.
TERRIBLE. Every day the internet stops, so you have to call them there to fix it. And if you talk to them in the afternoon they take a long time to answer until the office hours are over. Horrible internet, crashes all the time. To watch a 1 hour movie you take 5 hours. Then you call there and like magic your Internet works. You have to spend the whole day unplugging it to see if it's lucky that it works again. And then if you spend 3 days without internet, you pay, they do not discount the value. But to charge interest they are great. Choose any other internet except this one.

Faço downloads, assisto vídeos e envio arquivos com uma velocidade surpreendente, meu esposo está feliz porque o trabalho dele, que depende de internet , está até rendendo mais. Por enquanto, não tenho do que reclamar, ótima experiência, continuem com o serviço de qualidade que vocês prestam Netfibra que vcs vão longe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Material humano da empresa é excelente. Atendimento (quando se consegue falar) ímpar, sempre atenciosos. Colaboradores que Faz em a instalação e manutenção são muito profissionais.
Porém! A Internet em si deixa muito a desejar, 3vz no mês ela parou. Não sei se é a torre, os equipamentos usados, a manutenção na rede. Péssimo! Lá vou eu anotar mais um número de protocolo pra visita técnica. ?
