★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me mudei de volta dos Estados Unidos depois de 28 anos e fui comprar um carro em São Paulo antes de me mudar pra Santa Catarina. Achei um 2018 C4 LOUNGE na Nova Ação e fui de uber ver o carro. Chegando lá fui atendido pelo Ricardo que se mostrou super atencioso e professional enquanto eu olhava modelos diferentes. Como não tinha banco no Brasil perguntei se dava pra transferir do meu banco no Texas pro banco da revenda. O processo de transferência travou mas mesmo assim o dono da revenda, Beto autorizou a saída do carro e assim viajei pra SC. Quase 3 semanas depois o banco da revenda liberou a transferência e a revenda depositou no meu banco mais de 4 mil reais, que era meu troco da transferência. Honestidade nota 100000. Muito obrigado ao Ricardo, ao Beto e a todos da Nova Ação. Eu recomendo essa revenda pra todos, vocês não vão se arrepender.
I moved back from the United States after 28 years and went to buy a car in São Paulo before moving to Santa Catarina. I found a 2018 C4 LOUNGE in the New Action and went to uber to see the car. When I got there, I was attended by Ricardo, who was super attentive and professional while I looked at different models. As there was no bank in Brazil I asked if I could transfer from my bank in Texas to the bank of the resale. The transfer process stalled but even so the owner of the dealership, Beto authorized the car to leave and so I traveled to SC. Almost 3 weeks later, the reseller bank released the transfer and the reseller deposited more than 4 thousand reais in my bank, which was my change in the transfer. Honesty note 100000. Many thanks to Ricardo, Beto and everyone from Nova Ação. I recommend this resale to everyone, you will not regret it.

THE SALESMAN WAS SHOWING ME A CAR THAT WAS NOT ANYTHING, THROUGH THE PICTURES AND ONE THING WHEN I ARRIVED THE WORRY CONDITION OF THE VEHICLE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um carro com vocês dia 16/10, dei o meu na troca, documento do que comprei (logan) saiu no prazo, ótimo parabéns!!! Agora o documento do carro que pegaram de mim, até hoje dia 02/12 não tiraram do meu nome ainda. Sendo que ficaram com a responsabilidade de fazer esse documento.
Mando mensagem para PATRICIA do administrativo, ela faz pouco caso, não responde e quando responde não dá uma resposta concreta de nada!!!
Preciso de uma solução URGENTE!!!

Aguardo retorno de alguém competente para resolver meu problema, e fica a dica para dar um treinamento melhor para a pessoa do administrativo. Loja tem vendedores competentes e ágeis com tudo para ser uma loja 5 estrelas se não fosse o atendimento do administrativo!!!
