★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aqui fica a minha indignação em relação a essa empresa Venicius Car e principalmente com o vendedor / proprietário Vinícius ( Lilo).
No final de setembro de 2020, comprei um Citroen Aircross, junto com minha esposa , na ocasião, alguns detalhes precisam ser revistos pela loja ( chave reserva, porta luva e botões dos vidros elétricos) com a promessa feita e palavra dada pelo vendedor e também proprietário Vinícius . Infelizmente estamos chegando a um ano onde isso não foi resolvido ainda, aí eu pergunto para a incrível loja @venicios_car , isso vai se estender até quando?
Por diversas vezes tentei um contato amigável, sem envolver as autoridades competentes e nem nada, mas agora cansei.
Há todos aqui das minhas redes sociais, não comprem nada nessa loja desonesta, sem palavra e sem respeito para com o cliente. Para quem comprou, torço para que não tenham problemas!
Vamos fazer barulho, para que mais pessoas saibam da verdade e não sejam enganadas assim como eu e minha esposa fomos !
Se quiserem resolver isso, vocês tem meu contato, sejam homens de negócios e de palavra em resolvam de uma vez por todas !
 Here is my indignation in relation to this company Venicius Car and especially with the seller / owner Vinícius (Lilo).
At the end of September 2020, I bought a Citroen Aircross, along with my wife, at the time, some details need to be reviewed by the store (reservation key, glove compartment and electric windows buttons) with the promise made and word given by the seller and also owner Vinicius. Unfortunately, we are reaching a year where this has not been resolved yet, so I ask the amazing @venicios_car store, how long will this last?
Several times I tried a friendly contact, without involving the competent authorities or anything, but now I'm tired.
There are all here from my social networks, do not buy anything in this dishonest store, without words and without respect for the customer. For those who bought it, I hope they don't have any problems!
Let's make some noise, so that more people know the truth and not be deceived like my wife and I were!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava há algum tempo procurando uma SUV media para comprar, já tinha visitado uma serie de lojas e sites sem sucesso, estava difícil encontrar algo bom e que coubesse no meu orçamento, foi quando encontrei um anuncio de uma RAV4 impecável no site da Venicio’s, prontamente liguei e me passaram todos os dados carro, com fotos e filmagens, além do laudo cautelar e documentação do veículo, me desloquei até a loja, mesmo morando do outro lado da cidade por que tive confiança, ao chegar na loja tive um atendimento excepcional, educação, cordialidade e paciência para explicar todo que perguntava. Ao final precisava buscar um financiamento, foi quando me surpreendi novamente, a loja pode me oferece condições de pagamento melhores do que nos bancos onde tenho conta. Estou muito feliz com a aquisição e o carro e condições de pagamento caíram como uma luva na minha vida. Agradeço imensamente a equipe da Venicio’s por todo suporte no processo de compra, transferência (sem contar que em dois dias já estava pronto) e pagamento. Loja nota 1.000. I am very happy with the purchase and the car and payment terms fit like a glove in my life.
