★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, na data de 26/01/22 adquiri uma bateria para o celular do meu filho, me venderam uma bateria de segunda linha como se fosse original, essa bateria nunca carregou 100%, e durava muito pouco a carga que ela segurava, desconfiado da procedência da bateria, levei em outra assistência técnica onde o técnico garantiu que não era uma bateria original; retornei à loja na santa ifigênia para recuperar o valor pago de R$150,00 (cento e cinquenta reais); onde fui muito mal atendido, quiseram me culpar por mau uso do celular, alegando que deixei muito tempo na tomada, e me ofereceram outra bateria, não aceitei pois nesse caso eu ficaria com duas baterias de segunda linha! Não recomendo essa loja que fica na rua Santa Ifigênia 211 box 10 nem para inimigos!!!
Bad experience, on 01/26/22 I bought a battery for my son's cell phone, they sold me a second-line battery as if it were original, this battery never charged 100%, and the charge it held was very short, suspicious of the origin of the battery, I took it to another technical assistance where the technician assured that it was not an original battery; I returned to the store in Santa Ifigênia to recover the amount paid of R$150.00 (one hundred and fifty reais); where I was treated very poorly, they wanted to blame me for misusing my cell phone, claiming that I left it in the socket for a long time, and they offered me another battery, I didn't accept it because in that case I would have two second-line batteries! I don't recommend this store that is on Santa Ifigênia street 211 box 10 even for enemies!!!
