★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profissionais incríveis ,mto atenciosos , mto compreensíveis(tive que remarcar o retorno 2 vezes) mto carinhosos com os animais ,me deixaram super a vontade, atendimento rápido, cumprem com o horário marcado, não nos deixam constrangidos por insistir por uma cirurgia e/ou tratamento, super capacitados mta experiência/conhecimento na área, resultado surpreende nos olhos na minha cachorrinha, surpreende mesmo!

I have had a lot of fun with the animals, they left me very comfortable, fast, they meet the schedule, they do not make us embarrassed for insisting on surgery and / or treatment, super qualified mta experience / knowledge in the area, amazing result in the eyes on my dog, it really surprises!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei decepcionada com o atendimento. Me passaram um valor da consulta diferente do que paguei no final. Tive um problema para chegar e avisei sobre o atraso com 2 horas de antecedência. Quando cheguei à clínica, foi realizada a consulta e, quando fui efetuar o pagamento, me informaram que consultas após meio dia (cheguei 12:03) tinham um valor de 100 reais a mais. Achei antiético, pois não fui informada desse acréscimo com antecedência, somente no momento do pagamento. Não tenho intenção de voltar.
I was disappointed with the service. I was given a different consultation fee than the one I paid at the end. I had a problem to arrive and warned about the delay 2 hours in advance. When I arrived at the clinic, the consultation was carried out and, when I went to make the payment, I was informed that consultations after half a day (I arrived at 12:03) had a value of 100 reais more. I found it unethical, as I was not informed of this increase in advance, only at the time of payment. I have no intention of returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei da clínica em uma emergência, descobri aqui pelo google e me surpreendi tanto com a estrutura, muito bem pensada para o conforto dos pets, quanto com os profissionais. A equipe de recepção extremamente atenciosa e solicita, entraram em contato pós consulta para saber se havia ficado alguma dúvida e como meu cãozinho estava. O veterinário Arthur que nos atendeu foi muito atencioso, inclusive tirando dúvidas posteriormente. E o mais importante é que em um dia de tratamento o olhinho do meu filhote estava significativamente melhor!
I needed the clinic in an emergency, I found it here on google and I was surprised with the structure, very well thought out for the comfort of the pets, as with the professionals. The reception staff extremely attentive and requests, got in touch after consultation to find out if there was any doubt and how my dog was. The veterinarian Arthur who attended us was very attentive, even taking questions later. And most importantly, on one day of treatment my puppy's little eye was significantly better!

Oftalmologistas competentes prontos para nos apoiar. Todos os procedimentos são bem explicados. Local possui tomadas para carregar smartphones. Não possui estacionamento. De fácil acesso.
Excelent reception. Newly renovated clinic. Well equipped. Responsible and attentive medical staff. They take care of the animals with affection. It has all infrastructure for surgeries. Competent ophthalmologists ready to support us. All procedures are well explained. Location has sockets to charge smartphones. There is no parking. Easy to access.
