★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poderiam pelo menos contratar pessoas pra atender as ligações, ninguem atende, passei uma manha inteira tentando, o numero que colocaram como whats nao funciona, e nem o numero de cel atendem, descaso com o paciente.
They could at least hire people to answer the calls, no one answers, I spent a whole morning trying, the number they put as whats doesn't work, and the cell number doesn't even answer, negligence with the patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento telefônico é péssimo, quando transferem a ligação cai. O atendimento via whatsapp é demorado. Atendentes não conseguem atender de forma profissional. Não está ocorrendo ligações para confirmação de consultas. Tem que melhorar muito.
The phone service is terrible, when they transfer the call drops. Service via whatsapp is time consuming. Attendants are unable to attend professionally. There are no calls to confirm appointments. It has to improve a lot.
