★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (23.04.2022) TRÊS MESES DEPOIS VOLTO PARA SER ATENDIDO E O QUE ERA RUIM PIOROU... Hoje nem médico tem... e a seguir é o relato de 3 meses atras... Se pudéssemos dar ZERO ESTRELAS DARIA !
Minha esposa com meu filho está a mais de 3 horas... Urgência e Emergência inforam que só existe um profissional atendendo...
Segue abaixo o relato dela...
Estou neste exato momento aqui... impressionante a desorganização e falta de atenção quanto ao atendimento... em pleno pico ou expansão da proliferação dos vírus deixar uma pessoa com seu filho, que é meu caso, quase três horas sem o devido atendimento é ABSURDO... ABANDONO... Fui informada que só existe um profissional para atender Urgência / Emergência aqui... deviam dizer quando chegamos pois teria recorrido a outro lugar que possua QUALIDADE NO ATENDIMENTO. Meu prontuário tem o horário de chegada 10:02, mas cheguei uma meia hora antes... coloquei prioridade primeiro por ser lactante e segundo pelo meu filho ser menor de idade... Incrível... Jamais esperava isso de um Hospital até então bem conceituado para mim... o que houve ? Perderam o controle ? Existe falta de profissionais ? ou simplesmente querem realmente amontoar todas pessoas e elevar o nível de contaminação ? Permaneço aqui pois quero ver realmente até que ponto irá este ABSURDO... são 12:33, em poucos minutos completo 3 horas... me sentindo no piscinão do IJF..., anexarei fotos e registros de prontuários nos órgãos competentes.... bem como internet.... para tentar contribuir com outros usuários para que não passem pelo mesmo descaso.

I'm here right now... impressive the disorganization and lack of attention regarding care... at the height or expansion of the proliferation of viruses leaving a person with their child, which is my case, almost three hours without proper care is ABSURD... ABANDONMENT... I was informed that there is only one professional to attend Urgency / Emergency here... they should say when we arrived because I would have resorted to another place that has QUALITY IN SERVICE. My medical record has an arrival time of 10:02, but I arrived half an hour earlier... I prioritized first because I was breastfeeding and second because my son was a minor... Amazing... I never expected this from a Hospital until then well regarded for me... what happened? Lost control? Is there a shortage of professionals? or do you just really want to crowd people together and raise the level of contamination? I'm staying here because I really want to see how far this ABSURD will go... it's 12:33, in a few minutes I'll complete 3 hours... feeling in the IJF swimming pool..., I'll attach photos and records of medical records in Organs competent bodies.. .. as well as the internet.... to try to contribute with other users so that they don't go through the same neglect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Procurei a emergência do hospital dia 11/02/22 periodo da manhã com dor forte no estomago, passei pela medica onde foi perguntado se alguém vez tinha tomado a medicação tramol , disse que sim e se tinha me dado bem respondi que sim , ela passou a medicação e me dirigi a sala de medicamento, chegando lá fui informada que essa medicação da um pouco de enjoou, passou alguns minutinhos chamei a técnica e disse que não estava passando bem , ela respondeu que era efeito colateral da medicação , por tres vezes solicitei ajuda ate pedi a presença da medica , foi onde a técnica queria interomper a medicação e eu passando mal , com sudorese intensa , possivelmente com pressão baixa ir ate a medica falar com ela , não tive condições de me levantar pois estava sem sentir o meu corpo como fosse desmaiar , outra paciente reforçou que eu não estava bem e novamente efeito colaterale sem tomar a menor providência para amenizar o problema a não ser um saco de lixo caso provocasse. (enquanto passava mal as técnicas na sala ao lado no maior converser) . liguei para meu esposo pedindo socorro pois estava passando muito mal e ia morrer sem assistência dentro do hospital . Só lembrando que essa medicação é de rotina tomar com dramin e não foi prescrito pela médica.Lembrando que omissão de socorro é crime.

(while the techniques went wrong in the next room on the biggest converser) . I called my husband asking for help because he was feeling very sick and was going to die without assistance inside the hospital. Just remembering that this medication is routinely taken with dramin and was not prescribed by the doctor. Remembering that failure to provide help is a crime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se puder evite ao máximo esse hospital. Estive na emergência de otorrinolaringologia e a espera ultrapassa qualquer paciência, além de não ter assentos suficientes para os pacientes aguardarem sentados (o mínimo). O médico que me atendeu foi ótimo, porém quando fui fazer os exames solicitados, é que começou uma saga de sofrimento. Demora para fazer um simples hemograma, e quando feito, outra demora terrível pq estava faltando uma etiqueta. Depois de muito escândalo, a funcionária imprimiu o cartão do exame em outra etiqueta, mas demorou muito para tomar a iniciativa. No outro dia, que agendei para ir fazer um exame de laringoscopia, depois de uma manhã toda de espera, a funcionária diz que o médico não iria atender pois teve uma outra intercorrência no mesmo hospital que ele foi atender. Fui para outro hospital da rede credenciada, e quando chego para fazer o exame, a funcionaria me diz que a outra funcionária do São Carlos não cancelou a laringoscopia e ela não poderia autorizar outra. Estou tentando ainda cancelar para poder fazer o procedimento em outro hospital. Tudo isso com dor e mal estar. Falta muita empatia no hospital. Sinceramente pretendo nunca mais voltar a ser atendida por eles.

Infelizmente, minha experiência hoje com o hospital foi péssima.
Os funcionários atendem bem e são educados.
Minha irmã terminou de ser operada 18h. E foi pra sala de recuperação, onde passaria por volta de 1h.
Já é quase meia-noite e ela não chegou no quarto, por falta de pessoal pra fazer o transporte!
Isso é um absurdo!
Falta de respeito com o paciente!
Decepcionada!

The employees are very friendly and polite.
My sister finished having surgery at 18h. And he went to the recovery room, where he would go at around 1 am.
It's almost midnight and she hasn't arrived at her room, due to lack of personnel to transport her!
This is nonsense!
Lack of respect for the patient!

Acompanhei meu pai numa internação.
Demora para trocar um simples procedimento de soro.tem de esperar a boa vontade das enfermeiras, falando das enfermeiras todas mal humoradas, parece que a gente tá pedindo favor, e pior toda vez que fui na recepção da enfermaria, peguei as enfermeiras falando mal dos pacientes, totalmente sem ética, falando em ética, um absurdo um hospital desse nível, não ter um médico de fixo de plantão, tem de esperar o médico do dia passar para vê o quadro do paciente, e do cabe ao médico do dia escolher seu horário.
Falando em instalação, as enfermeiras apertadas,banheiro pequeno, sem falar na falta de conforto para quem fica acompanhando (isso até entendo pois a prioridade e do paciente).
Por isso eu não indico esse hospital.
Obg, pela atenção.

Speaking of installation, the nurses are cramped, the bathroom is small, not to mention the lack of comfort for those who are accompanying them (I understand that because the priority is the patient's).
That's why I don't recommend this hospital.
