Além de entender bastante da qualidade dos diferentes tipos de lentes, esse é o grande diferencial. Recomendo sem dúvida nenhuma.
For some years I have been making my glasses in the eyes of R. Silvio Dante Bertacchi, I have always been very well attended by Mr. Antônio, extremely polite, attentive and professional. In addition to understanding a lot about the quality of the different types of lenses, this is the big difference. I definitely recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu marido fez um óculos de grau em fevereiro e até o presente momento encontra-se sem o mesmo.
Foi até a ótica 3x e retornou para casa com o mesmo óculos com a desculpa de que ele ainda não tinha se adaptado a lente multifical.
Na quarta vez que voltou a loja deixou o óculos pq sabia q algo estava errado. Na quinta vez foi solicitado a retornar para refazer o exame. E o médico contatou que a lente foi feita errada.
Hj faz 3 meses que está sem óculos e ainda recebeu a mensagem de que o caso dele é uma "assistência e que precisa aguardar pq eles não podem parar a produção da lente no meio da produção."
Obs: quando deixei pra fazer os óculos em menos de uma semana estava pronto..
My husband made prescription eyeglasses in February and to date he is without it.
He went to the optics 3x and returned home with the same glasses with the excuse that he had not yet adapted to the multi-lens.
The fourth time he returned to the store he left his glasses because he knew something was wrong. The fifth time he was asked to return to retake the exam. And the doctor contacted that the lens was made wrong.
Hj has been without glasses for 3 months and still received the message that his case is "assistance and that he must wait because they cannot stop the production of the lens in the middle of production."
Note: when I left to make the glasses in less than a week I was ready ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primeira compra foi otima....a segunda RUIM...PERDI UM MES ESPERANDO RESPOSTAS....ate apos ligar 18 vezes para escutar "deixe seurecado"....uma mulher me responde que e dificil comunicar comigo....ela tem senso de humor nao ?.......finalemte comprei numa outra otica o mesmo produto que eu queria adquirir 15 % mais barato.
The first purchase was great...the second BAD...I WASTE A MONTH WAITING FOR ANSWERS....even after calling 18 times to hear "leave your message"....a woman replies that it is difficult to communicate with me.. ..she has a sense of humor doesn't she ?.......I finally bought the same product I wanted to buy at 15% cheaper at another optician.
