Saí da loja já com o óculos novo. Todas as atendentes muito educadas, além da loja possuir uma enorme variedade de armações dos mais variados preços. Fiquei muito satisfeito. Recomendo.

A loja também tem uma grande variedade de armações e o parcelamento é bem bacana. Mas o melhor de tudo foi o atendimento do consultor, que se chama Henrique. Ele é muito gentil, paciente e demonstra ter total conhecimento do que diz. Minha mãe se sentiu tão confortável e confiante que nem quis pesquisar mais em outros locais, já comprou lá de cara. Henrique nos explicou tudo sobre lentes e a orientou sobre a melhor armação. Ele também sempre foi muito atencioso e pontual nas minhas dúvidas pelo Whats App. O prazo para o recebimento dos óculos foi devidamente respeitado e, por isso, deixo aqui meu reconhecimento para a loja Carol. Procurem o Henrique e eu garanto que terás uma ótima experiência assim como eu e minha mãe tivemos. Se necessário, liguem para a loja para saber o horário de atendimento dele. Eu recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há cerca de 2 meses encomendei duas lentes Varilux na loja do Iguatemi. O atendimento foi ótimo, mas ao receber o produto a decepção foi grande. O óculos tem desvio de foco, eu tenho que ler olhando de lado. O foco é estreitissimo. Acionaram a representante da Varilux, que depois de várias tentativas finalmente marcou a visita. Constatou falha e ficou de entregar as novas lentes em 15 dias. Hoje são decorridos quase um mês e nenhuma solução. Pior, ficaram com toda documentação, até com meu certificado de qualidade. O único comprovante que tenho é o extrato do cartão, esse sim vence todo mês. Enquanto isso estou sentindo dores na fonte, não sei se derivada do produto errado.
About 2 months ago I ordered two Varilux lenses at the Iguatemi store. The service was great, but upon receiving the product, the disappointment was great. The glasses have a deviation of focus, I have to read looking sideways. The focus is very narrow. They called the Varilux representative, who after several attempts finally arranged the visit. Found failure and was to deliver the new lenses in 15 days. Today, almost a month has passed and there is no solution. Worse, they got all the documentation, even my quality certificate. The only proof I have is the card statement, this sim expires every month. Meanwhile I'm feeling pain at the source, I don't know if it's derived from the wrong product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 2 óculos na óticas Carol no dia 7 de maio. A empresa prometeu entregar no dia 27, mas dia 23 ligaram dizendo que 1 estava pronto e o outro ficaria pronto dia 26. Deixei para pegar os 2 dia 26. Cheguei lá.de tardezinha, e falaram que a rota viria 18h. Esperei, teve um problema, o gerente foi buscar. Esperei e nada. Depois disseram que não tinha como confirmar se estava vindo e fui embora. No outro dia fiquei mandando whatsapp e nada, não respondem. Ligando ficam de ver e nada também. Depois que eu liguei e esculhambei me disseram no dia 30 que chegaria dia 31. Nesse dia nada. Liguei, mensagem e nada. Até q responderam a noite que com certeza chegaria dia 1 as 18h. Quando foi dia 1 nesse horário liguei e depois de várias tentativas disseram que devido a chuva o motoqueiro não foi no laboratório buscar os óculos da rota! Isso é um absurdo: a filosofia da empresa é o cliente em último lugar! Se eu tivesse saído da minha casa na messejana para o Iguatemi, quem pagaria a.gasolina e a lerda de tempo?
