★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi o curry na loja do shopping Eldorado. Ele veio totalmente sem sal e sem sabor. Apesar de estar com muita fome não consegui terminar o prato. Nunca mais peço
 I ordered the curry at the Eldorado mall store. It came totally unsalted and tasteless. Despite being very hungry, I couldn't finish the dish. I never ask again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi o sukiyaki domburi, (que dizia no cartaz que o do Gendai é o melhor) mas que decepção! Veio frio, sem molho (sukiyaki tem molho) cheio de cenoura fatiada, alguns poucos (bem poucos) pedacinhos de carne, 3 tirinhas de cebola e alguns pedacinhos de abobrinha.
E demorou muito. Acho que por isso o prato veio frio.
O Gendai do shopping Eldorado já não é o mesmo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comida tem o mesmo padrão Gendai, mas o tempo de espera é para receber o prato é o pior da praça de alimentação. Não peçam neste Gendai se tiverem pressa para comer. Eles priorizam as entregas do Ifood e as pessoas que pediram no shopping ficam em segundo plano.
The food has the same standard as Gendai, but the wait time to receive the dish is the worst in the food court. Do not order from this Gendai if you are in a hurry to eat. They prioritize Ifood deliveries and people who ordered at the mall are in the background.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só uma dica. Não vá bem num horário muito tarde. Fui umas 22h jantar e até reparei que o poke estava muito salgado carregado do molho ponzu, o que impedia de eu notar gosto de estragado. Passei muito mal na madrugada toda e dia seguinte. Provavelmente o peixe estava passado.
Just a tip. Don't do well at a very late hour. I went to dinner around 10 pm and I even noticed that the poke was very salty loaded with ponzu sauce, which prevented me from noticing a spoiled taste. I was very sick all morning and the next day. The fish was probably overcooked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi ruim. Pedi um combinado e um temaki. Demorou pra sair e o arroz, principal ingrediente, estava ruim. Consistência rígida, mal temperado, aspecto de velho. O salmão não estava fresco, e veio em pouca quantidade. Notei que o prato não estava limpo, tinha pedaços de alga grudados. A minha prima pediu um Yakisoba, que veio ruim, e com aparência péssima. Bem diferente das fotos do menu. Não recomendo. Pelas demais avaliações, percebe-se que a equipe precisa ser toda trocada, ou retreinada, ou falir mesmo.
It was bad. I ordered a combo and a temaki. It took a while to come out and the rice, the main ingredient, was bad. Rigid consistency, poorly seasoned, old look. The salmon was not fresh, and it came in very little. I noticed that the plate was not clean, it had pieces of seaweed stuck to it. My cousin ordered a Yakisoba, which came out bad, and looked awful. Very different from the pictures on the menu. I do not recommend. From the other assessments, it is clear that the entire team needs to be changed, or retrained, or even go bankrupt.

30 minutes waiting for my food while the servers talk without a mask near the food with the cook. Terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a poke bowl, with which I was disappointed. The quality was good, as were the flavors. I ordered a bowl with grilled salmon to go. After I left the mall, I realized the salmon wasn't as pictured on the menu. It was a ground salmon paste, which is exactly what I didn't want. Had I been at the location, I imagine they would have made it right. My two stars are more about disappointment than quality.
