Aceitei o orçamento do celular realizaram a troca da tela e do cabo flat, me deram o prazo e não ficou pronto marcaram outra data para buscar e me ligaram falando q ainda não estava pronto e iria demorar mais ou menos uma semana ainda. Desistir de dar assistência no celular e resolvi levar em outro lugar, chegando lá o rapaz abriu o celular e eu estava presente e ele me mostrou que estava faltando a placa de rede do celular voltei na PDA e falei para eles que estava faltando a placa eles falaram q iria procurar, 2 dias depois voltei na PDA atras de uma resposta sobre a peça e eles falaram que não encontraram e que não poderia fazer nada. RESULTADO TIVE QUE COMPRAR OUTRA PLACA DE REDE R$ 80,00
I do not recommend!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelos valores praticados deveriam ser um pouco melhores em termos de serviço prestado, são altos valores pra um serviço bem parecido com o que encontramos nos shoppings populares de BH, ou até pior em alguns casos. Se acham os melhores de MG mas não mostram isso nos serviços executados, uma pena :(
For the values practiced they should be a little better in terms of service provided, they are high values for a service very similar to what we find in popular shopping centers in BH, or even worse in some cases. If they think they are the best in MG but do not show it in the services performed, a pity :(
