Marcam um horário e chegam 1 hora depois sem aviso, pedi para tira os pelos da orelha do meu cachorro na tosa e esqueceram, o Vitor veio pessoalmente retirar os pelos depois de 2 dias. Uma pena a pet paris não atende o que é esperado. O número do site não atendi e não entregam uma senha ou perguntam o nome do cachorro, nem se quer do dono.
I do not recommend! They make an appointment and arrive 1 hour later without warning, I asked to remove the hairs from my dog's ear at the clipping and they forgot, Vitor came personally to remove the hairs after 2 days. A pity the pet paris does not meet what is expected. I didn't answer the site number and they don't deliver a password or ask for the dog's name, or even the owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ja recomendei mas não recomendo mais, último atendimento foi em 12/2021 péssimo pedi pra cortar a unha (acho que nem deveria ter pedido faz parte do serviço ...) e enfatizei essa necessidade e acreditem não foi feito, entrei em contato a pessoa e esta falou que ia até a minha casa pra terminar o serviço e nada entrei em contato uma segunda vez marcamos dia e horário pra finalizar o serviço e nada como se ele tivesse me fazendo um favor. O que mais me chateou não foi ter esquecido isso pode acontecer, mas não reparar o erro quando apontado e tratar o cliente com descaso isso foi péssimo.
I already recommended it but I don't recommend it anymore, last service was on 12/2021, bad I asked to cut the nail (I don't think I should have asked it's part of the service...) and I emphasized this need and believe me it was not done, I contacted the person and this one said that she would go to my house to finish the service and nothing I got in touch a second time we set a day and time to finish the service and nothing like he was doing me a favor. What bothered me the most was not having forgotten that it can happen, but not fixing the error when pointed out and treating the customer with disregard was terrible.
