★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total falta de ética e postura da veterinária Carolina. Moro no bairro Serra e não tinha o menor interesse em usar os serviços dessa clínica e só fui pq a veterinária que me atendia só faz castração nela.
O problema aconteceu quando ao ligar para marcar o procedimento para o meu gato, essa tal Veterinaria sem escrúpulo atendeu e disse ter marcado o horário com a minha, mas não avisou a ela. No horário que eu cheguei ela me atendeu muito mal, impaciente, desinteressada, insensível e mal humorada, quase me expulsando da clínica dizendo que a minha veterinária já estava a caminho e iria atende-lo. Só que não.
Quando voltei pra buscá-lo tive a triste surpresa ao saber que quem fez a cirurgia foi essa pessoa.
Não gostei da forma como ela tratou meu gato, não gostei da forma como fui tratada e muito menos por saber que foi ela quem fez a cirurgia sem o meu consentimento e ainda traindo a colega.
Péssimo comportamento. Digno de repreensão pelos órgãos reguladores. Espero que ela se conscientize disso e reavalie sua postura anti profissional.
Total lack of ethics and attitude of the veterinarian Carolina. I live in the Serra neighborhood and had no interest in using the services of this clinic and I was only because the veterinarian who attended me only castrates her.
The problem happened when, when calling to arrange the procedure for my cat, this unscrupulous Veterinarian answered and said she had made an appointment with mine, but did not warn her. When I arrived she saw me very badly, impatient, disinterested, insensitive and sulky, almost expelling me from the clinic saying that my veterinarian was already on her way and would attend to him. Only not.
When I came back to pick him up, I had the sad surprise to learn that it was this person who had the surgery.
I didn't like the way she treated my cat, I didn't like the way I was treated, much less knowing that she was the one who had the surgery without my consent and still cheating on her colleague.
Bad behavior. Worthy of reprimand by regulatory bodies. I hope she becomes aware of this and reevaluates her unprofessional stance.
