★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até fiz o serviço, técnico bastante prestativo. Porém o problema foi resolvido, durante um tempo; depois o mesmo problema voltou e me cobraram mais caro para fazer o mesmo reparo; achei um tanto desonesto. Em meu problema não foi resolvido.
I even did the service, very helpful technician. But the problem was solved, for a time; then the same problem came back and they charged me more to do the same repair; I found it a little dishonest. In my problem it was not solved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No primeiro atendimento foi dez, vieram rápido conforme o combinado. Ganhei capa e película! Surgiu um defeito, a tela descolou da carcaça indicando um possível estufamento da bateria, solicitei o serviço por três vezes mas não vieram mesmo após agendamento.
Problema resolvido! Técnico Paulo, o mesmo do primeiro atendimento, voltou e consertou o defeito que não era a bateria e sim descolamento da tela por queda. A demora ocorreu por falha na comunicação entre o setor de atendimento que não esclareceu a falta de peças, fazendo o agendamento por engano. Continuarei indicando o serviço e voltarei a usar caso precise. Nota 10
In the first service there were ten, they came quickly as agreed. I got cover and film! A defect arose, the screen came off the housing indicating a possible battery swelling, I requested the service three times but they did not come even after scheduling.
Problem solved! Technician Paulo, the same one from the first service, came back and fixed the defect, which was not the battery, but the screen detachment due to a fall. The delay was due to a failure in communication between the service sector, which did not clarify the lack of parts, making the appointment by mistake. I will continue to recommend the service and will use it again if needed. Grade 10
