O atendimento é excelente, meu.celular foi consertado em menos de 24h, ficou ótimo. Além disso a loja conta com vários itens, dessa forma resolvi várias coisas lá. Capinhas, fones, cabos, adaptadores.

Tinha uma que ganhei de brinde na compra da capa, o rapaz da loja colocou pra mim sem cobrar nada pelo serviço, super atencioso e educado. Fui no mesmo dia em 4 lojas em menos de 2 quarteiroes, foi a única pessoa que me ajudou. Nem eu falando em outras lojas que iria pagar pelo serviço. Ganhou um cliente. Melhor atendimento região savassi.
I bought a tablet tab s7. As a new product, the store had no film for him. There was one that I got as a free gift when buying the cover, the guy from the store put it for me without charging anything for the service, super attentive and polite. I went to the same day in 4 stores in less than 2 blocks, it was the only person who helped me. Neither am I talking about other stores that would pay for the service. Won a customer. Better service in the Savassi region.

Já havia ido em outro local e me passaram um orçamento de 70,00, e disse que demoraria quase uma hora e, talvez, perderia tudo que estava salvo. O rapaz que me atendeu resolveu em menos de 5 minutos e não quis me cobrar, apesar de eu ter insistido em pagar. Recomendo demais, não porque não me cobrou, mas pela atenção, agilidade e diversos itens e serviços que oferecem.
My phone's keyboard had been deleted, so I couldn't enter my password to unlock the device. I had already gone elsewhere and was given a budget of 70.00, and said that it would take almost an hour and, perhaps, I would lose everything that was saved. The guy who answered me decided in less than 5 minutes and didn't want to charge me, even though I insisted on paying. I highly recommend it, not because I was not charged, but for the attention, agility and various items and services they offer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionada com o atendimento da CellFix. Já havia trocado a tela do meu celular no ano passado, desta vez, segunda experiencia decepcionante. Qualidade do produto (tela nao respondendo aos meus comandos e tocando em teclas aleotoriamente); informações imprecisas (levei o meu celular para mostrar a tecla, avaliaram e ainda sim não foram concisos com as infos); deixei o meu cel para ser avaliado, voltei e ele não havia sido tocado. Enfim, me senti enganada. Voltei para conversa e disseram que o fornecedor nao autorizou a troca devido a um arranhão na tela, mas, uma resposta imprecisa e que poderia ter sido apresentada logo no início da conversa. Não senti que eles foram empáticos com o cliente (no caso eu), Cristina Junqueira venha dar uma aula para este pessoal.
Disappointed with the CellFix service. I had already changed my cell phone screen last year, this time, second disappointing experience. Product quality (screen not responding to my commands and touching keys randomly); imprecise information (I took my cell phone to show the key, they evaluated it and still weren't concise with the infos); I left my cell to be evaluated, I came back and it hadn't been touched. Anyway, I felt cheated. I returned to the conversation and they said that the supplier did not authorize the exchange due to a scratch on the screen, but an inaccurate answer that could have been presented right at the beginning of the conversation. I didn't feel that they were empathetic with the client (in my case), Cristina Junqueira, come and teach a class for these people.
