★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resolvi experimentar a pizza martynelly's pelo preço. Fui bem atendida pelo WhatsApp e a pizza chegou rápido. Ao pegar a pizza, me surpreendi pelo peso dela. Ao abrir a caixa, confirmei minha suspeita: tem muuuito recheio!! ?? Parabéns! Vou pedir de novo!!
 I decided to try martynelly's pizza for the price. I was well served by WhatsApp and the pizza arrived quickly. When I picked up the pizza, I was surprised by its weight. When I opened the box, I confirmed my suspicion: it has soooo filling!! ?? Congratulations! I'll order it again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antigamente a pizza era muito boa e bem recheada. Hoje a pizza não é nada demais, vem bem menos recheio e a qualidade dos ingredientes está pior. O atendimento é péssimo. Uma vez falei com a gerente e questionei porquê sempre mandam mais do sabor mais barato e ela me disse que eu sempre poderia solicitar qual sabor gostaria que fosse maior. Fiz isso na última vez e eles ignoraram a solicitação, mandaram a maior parte da pizza com o sabor mais barato. O gerente é o pizzaiolo. Como vou reclamar da pizza pra pessoa que faz a pizza? Sempre que reclamei eles simplesmente ignoraram ou arranjaram desculpas para a situação. Nunca sequer me pediram desculpas por algum erro pois sou apenas mais uma cliente. Peço desde 2016 e já indiquei para mais de 20 pessoas, preciso avisá-las de que a qualidade e atendimento não são mais os mesmos.
In the past, pizza was very good and well filled. Today, pizza is no big deal, it's much less filling and the quality of ingredients is worse. The service is terrible. I once spoke to the manager and asked why they always send more of the cheaper flavor and she told me that I could always order which flavor I would like to be bigger. I did it last time and they ignored the request, sent most of the pizza with the cheapest flavor. The manager is the pizza maker. How am I going to complain about pizza to the person who makes the pizza? Whenever I complained they just ignored or made excuses for the situation. They never even apologized to me for any mistake as I'm just another customer. I've been ordering since 2016 and I've already recommended it to more than 20 people, I need to warn them that the quality and service are no longer the same.

I heard a lot about this pizzeria and decided to order it. It really is good, very good. Thin dough just the way I like it and very filling. I hope it stays that way and the service doesn't fall.
