★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A internet não tem instabilidade, cara o todoa toda HR, já pedi pra resolverem e me disseram que e pela quantidade de gente ao redor, pago por uma coisa e tenho outra totalmente diferente. Desepicionada, se não resolverem irei cancelar o contrato através do Procon já que não está cumprindo com o prometido.
 The internet has no instability, dear the whole HR, I already asked to solve it and I was told that and due to the amount of people around, I pay for one thing and I have another totally different one. Disappointed, if they do not resolve I will cancel the contract through Procon since it is not fulfilling what was promised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, me sinto enganado... Não por eu ter, mas meus pais possui na residência deles, e a internet dizem ser 15mb fibra óptica mas não chega nem 2MB de velocidade... Pelos conhecimentos técnicos de técnicos de outras prestadoras, técnicos de confiança... Por ser fibra, 15MB nao pode vim menos do que isso... Ou seja, se caracterizando em propaganda enganosa!
Terrible, I feel cheated ... Not because I have it, but my parents have it at their residence, and the internet says it's 15mb optical fiber but it doesn't even reach 2MB speed ... Due to the technical knowledge of technicians from other providers, trust ... Because it is fiber, 15MB cannot come less than that ... That is, it is characterized in misleading advertising!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Internet é boa, mas se precisar de ajuda se prepara pq o pos venda e solução de problema é bem demorado, nunca conseguem resolver no mesmo dia.
The Internet is good, but if you need help get ready because the post sale and problem solving is very time consuming, they never manage to solve it on the same day.

há dias venho tendo problemas de instabilidade e conexao com velocidade de 30 megas ... nao conseguem resolver remotamente. Resposta rapida no whats app, mas por ligação nenhum numero atende. Estou aguardando a solução.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível!! A internet está no nome da minha mãe. Já fiz inúmeras reclamações com eles em questão da internet estar lenta e mal dar pra usar duas pessoas ao mesmo tempo, já vieram aqui, falaram que arrumaram, dura um dia e volta a parar, só recomendo se quiserem passar raiva.
Horrible!! The internet is in my mother's name. I've made numerous complaints with them about the internet being slow and it's barely possible to use two people at the same time, they've already come here, they said they fixed it, it lasts a day and then stops again, I only recommend it if they want to get angry.
