★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendentes muito bons, sempre que eu preciso cobrar algo me respondem com intenção de resolver. A internet em si é muito boa. Há pouquíssimos defeitos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A internet é boa, considerando como parâmetro as demais que há disponíveis, entretanto o atendimento ao cliente é PÉSSIMO, eles não resolvem nada, só nos deixa com raiva meso.
The internet is good, considering the others that are available as a parameter, however the customer service is TERRIBLE, they don't solve anything, it just makes us angry.

Estou no segundo mês com a Fibinet aqui no Carlos Prates em BH.
O primeiro mês foi problemático, mas o segundo mês, após trocarem de fornecedor (informação passada por eles), a qualidade da internet melhorou.
Não tive queda. Está estável nesse inicio de mês de Junho de 22. Se ao final do mês manter o padrão. Volto a dar 5 estrelas.
Então, é isso que posso opinar sobre a Fibinet aqui no Carlos Prates. Espero q mantenha o serviço como está no momento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei ontem e ontem mesmo já deu pane, não funcionou mais. Informaram que foi um problema que estava sendo resolvido. Pelo chat me enrolaram até hoje às 9:45 quando alguém enfim me ligou e resolveu em 5 minutos. Tinham mesmo que fazer tanta hora com minha cara? 5 atendentes pedindo a mesma coisa e ninguém resolveu e a solução era simples mas preferiram me deixar irritada pra resolver???? Arrependimento nível 10000
I hired it yesterday and yesterday it already broke down, it didn't work anymore. They said it was a problem that was being resolved. Through the chat they kept me going until today at 9:45 when someone finally called me and resolved it in 5 minutes. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento ao cliente. Não pode atrasar, porque os juros são absurdamente altos. A internet oscila muito, tem vez que nem abrir status de whatsapp abre de tão ruim a conexão. Antes era muito boa, agora que cresceu está deixando a desejar, mas minha maior reclamação é o atendimento ao cliente, geralmente quem me atende é Larissa, péssima para lidar com pessoas.
Lousy customer service. You can't delay, because the interest is absurdly high. The internet fluctuates a lot, sometimes not even opening whatsapp status opens the connection so bad. It used to be very good, now that it's grown it's lacking, but my biggest complaint is the customer service, Larissa is usually bad at dealing with people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é péssimo, atendentes despreparados, tem sempre o script que parece ser enviado para todos sem sequer analisar caso a caso. Hoje por exemplo entrei em contato para informar que estava sem conexão, falei que tinha fios arrebentados no poste na rua, a atendente nem leu minha mensagem, simplesmente mandou desligar e ligar o equipamento, depois que ela se tocou que não era esse o problema, que ela pediu para tirar fotos do fio. Aí ela foi agendar a visita do técnico e nem podem agendar, se eu quiser o conserto, tenho que ficar em casa aguardando por 48h a visita do tecnico, não dão nem estimativa da data e horário.
The service is terrible, unprepared attendants, there is always the script that seems to be sent to everyone without even analyzing case by case. Today, for example, I got in touch to inform that there was no connection, I said that there were broken wires on the pole on the street, the attendant did not even read my message, she simply turned the equipment off and on, after she realized that this was not the problem, that she asked to take pictures of the wire. Then she went to schedule the technician's visit and they can't even schedule it, if I want the repair, I have to stay at home waiting for 48 hours for the technician's visit, they don't even give an estimate of the date and time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uso o provedor desde antes de ser Fibinet e nunca tive problemas. Infelizmente em nosso bairro tudo tem um probleminha, água, luz, energia e não seria diferente com a internet, mas sempre que necessário acionar o atendimento deles que foram pouquíssimas vezes, sempre fui bem atendido e por esse motivo indiquei pra minha irmã que mora em outro bairro e ela abandonou os provedores convencionais sem arrependimento algum.
I've been using the provider since before being Fibinet and I've never had any problems. Unfortunately, in our neighborhood everything has a little problem, water, electricity, energy and it wouldn't be different with the internet, but whenever it was necessary to call their service, which were very few times, I was always well attended and for that reason I indicated to my sister who lives in another neighborhood and she abandoned conventional providers with no regrets.
