★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa que se preze tem atendimento ( suporte ) 24hs por dia ! Absurdo vocês não atenderem final de semana. Sendo seu a internet funciona 24 por dia e está sujeita a ter problemas 24 por dia, e vcs não possuem suporte 24hs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa, atendimento horrível, vc liga e abre o protocolo com prazo de 48hs para atendimento mas não respeitam este prazo.
O técnico te liga e fala que vai passar para verificar quando puder e não no prazo.
De 30 dias no mês a Internet funciona 15.

Atendem só até 20:00 onde já se viu oferecer o serviço de telecom/internet.
Imagina se as operadoras de celular os sac 0800 de cada uma não mantiverem o atendimento 24×7 quem aguenta isso.
Estou consado já.
Quero reenbolso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2hs na fila pra ser atendido e registrar solicitação pra internet que conecta mas não navega. Uma semana pra resolver a conexão que não funciona. Não encontro o nome da empresa pra reclamar na Anatel. Disponibilizaram a migração pra fibra pagando o valor simbólico de R$100,00 na migração. Um absurdo, visto que o serviço não funciona.
2 hours in line to be attended and register request for internet that connects but does not browse. One week to resolve the connection that doesn't work. I can't find the company name to complain to Anatel. They made the migration to fiber available by paying the symbolic value of R $ 100.00 in the migration. It is absurd, since the service does not work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa parece ser uma brincadeira, não tem lógica, o que pensa o dono de uma empresa dessas? Fiquei desde o dia 10/06/2020 sem conexão e só hoje dia 22/06/2020 me ligam cobrando o boleto, como se nada tivesse acontecido...É pra rir ou chorar?
Minha recomendação é que não assinem nada desta empresa e nem da NETFREE pois são as mesmas...Se passarem na porta, atravessem a rua e acelerem com os dois pés. É muita incompetência para uma empresa só. Eles não tem estrutura para atender, os técnicos chegam na portaria e ficam mudos não falam nada, vem sem agendar, uma bagunça. Quem já tem, reze para não dar problema!
A company seems to be a joke, there's no logic, what does the owner of such a company think? I have been without connection since 10/06/2020 and only today on 06/22/2020 they call me charging the ticket, as if nothing had happened ... Is it to laugh or cry?
My recommendation is that you do not sign anything from this company or NETFREE because they are the same ... If you pass the door, cross the street and accelerate with both feet. It is a lot of incompetence for a single company. They have no structure to attend, the technicians arrive at the reception desk and are silent, they don't say anything, they come without scheduling, a mess. Who already has, pray not to give problem!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet de péssima qualidade. Não entrega a quantidade de megas contratada. Tem falha todos os dias. Péssimo atendimento. Não tem assistência depois das 18h nem em finais de semana. Quando liga pra reclamar falam que está tudo normal e que o problema é dos aparelhos que temos em casa
Poor quality internet. Does not deliver the amount of megs contracted. It fails every day. Terrible attendance. There is no assistance after 6 pm or on weekends. When you call to complain they say everything is normal and the problem is with the devices we have at home

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um lixo de serviço....é comum cliente ficar sem sinal de internet 6h, 10h, o dia inteiro. Vc entra em contato e as desculpas são sempre as mesmas, fio partido, falta de energia em algum lugar, algum aparelho queimado, etc. Não são profissionais! Já fiz uma denúncia para a Anatel. Empresas como essa não devem estar em funcionamento. Se vc é de Betim/MG e região....não contrate o serviço desses dessa empresa. Não possuem atendimento ao usuário após as 18h e nem finais de semana e feriados....ou seja, se o sinal cair vc tem que estar disposto a esperar muitas horas.
A garbage service ... it is common for customers to be without internet signal 6am, 10am, all day. You get in touch and the excuses are always the same, broken wire, lack of power somewhere, some burnt device, etc. They're not professionals! I have already made a complaint to Anatel. Companies like this should not be in operation. If you are from Betim / MG and region .... do not hire the service of these companies. They do not have user support after 6 PM and neither weekends nor holidays ... that is, if the signal drops you have to be willing to wait many hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualidade da internet quando disponível é boa, porém, quando ocorre qualquer problema técnico a empresa não cumpre nenhum prazo, não nos dá nenhum estimativa para restabelecer a conexão.
Em vários momentos tentei contato com o suporte técnico via telefone, e eles simplesmente deixam mensagem automática de forma que não conseguimos falar com um atendente.
Internet quality when available is good, however, when any technical problem occurs, the company does not meet any deadline, does not give us any estimate to reestablish the connection.
At several times I tried to contact technical support via phone, and they just leave an automatic message so that we were unable to speak to an attendant.
