★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meus pais tomaram a primeira dose da vacina no dia certo, todos bem atendidos. A farmácia os remédios faltam, quando vem acaba rápido, e dependendo do medicamento falta meses.
 My parents took the first dose of the vaccine on the right day, all well attended. There are no medicines at the pharmacy, when they come, they finish quickly, and depending on the medicine, there are months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 26 de março 2021 minha mãe foi levar meu padrasto que é do grupo de risco para vacinar contra a covid-19, depois de esperar muito, pois estava muito cheio, uma das enfermeiras se recusou a aplicar a vacina alegando que ele não podia tomar porque era renal. Porém o Plano Nacional de vacinação inclui pacientes renais no grupo de risco. Isso é uma irresponsabilidade. As medidas legais serão tomadas.
On March 26, 2021 my mother took my stepfather who is in the risk group to vaccinate against covid-19, after waiting too long, as it was too full, one of the nurses refused to apply the vaccine claiming that he could not take because it was renal. However, the National Vaccination Plan includes renal patients in the risk group. This is irresponsible. Legal measures will be taken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito demorado o atendimento. Filas quilométricas, idosos esperando para tomar a vacina. Poucos profissionais da saúde trabalhando na sala de vacina. Deveriam ter se organizado melhor, para evitar essas filas enormes ao atendimento com a população idosa. Colocar pessoas no portão para dá informações e funcionários educados.
The service was very time consuming. Kilometer lines, elderly people waiting to get the vaccine. Few health professionals working in the vaccine room. They should have been better organized, to avoid these huge lines to attend to the elderly population. Putting people at the gate to give educated staff and information.

Old building, without seats so people can comfortably wait for service. The service is mostly bad.

Mandando meu nome, o dia e lote da vacina, já que dei meus dados , não poderia ser resolvido? Fotografando e mandando por email?
I took my first dose of covid in February, the 5th. Until today, it doesn't apply to my passport! Impossible to talk to anyone! Phone nobody answers !

There is no structure to serve so many people from different places; long lines for vaccines and appointments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou há um bom tempo para qualificar o atendimento desse Pólo Sanitário, tenho um filhinho de 4 anos e outro com 3 meses e desde o primeiro frequento o lugar para dar vacina a eles e sou muito bem atendida. Os funcionários são excelentes, sempre prestativos e nos tratam bem. As técnicas, sem palavras, meus filhos levam a picadinha que nem sentem, elas têm todo um jeito com as crianças que as deixam confortáveis. Nesses 4 anos, nunca tive o que reclamar.
Á equipe do Washington Luiz, vocês estão de parabéns!!! Que continue sempre com esse atendimento maravilhoso.
I've been trying to qualify the service at this Health Center for a long time, I have a 4-year-old and a 3-month-old son and since the first time I've been going to the place to give them vaccines and I'm very well attended. The staff are excellent, always helpful and treat us well. The techniques, without words, my children take the sting that they don't even feel, they have a way with children that make them comfortable. In these 4 years, I have never had anything to complain about.
To the Washington Luiz team, congratulations!!! May you always continue with this wonderful service.
