Well I have to say that we were very welcome and everyone was very polite and courteous.
If you are in the Ceará province in Brazil that's the place to go to get a reconduction of your visa. (depending on the actual Law of course)

Si vous êtes dans la province du Ceará au Brésil, c'est l'endroit où aller pour obtenir une reconduction de votre visa touristique. (Dans la mesure du légal bien sur)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é bom, porém é sempre bom ficar atento, pois eles fazem alterações no regimento interno que afeta os visitantes e não divulgam as alterações. Atualmente não é permitida a entrada com short, saia ou bermuda, além de excepcionalmente o pessoal ser liberado do expediente, sem aviso em meio de comunicação ou e-mail ou telefone. Aconselho ligar antes de ir, para ver se não há alguma alteração que o impeça de ser atendido.
