★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Minha experiência na loja foi boa até a compra. Depois da compra, total descaso com as informações e cumprimento de prazos para a entrega de praticamente tudo, desde projetos até o produto. Até hoje não consegui falar com a gerente que não retornou as minhas ligações. Faltou comprar os porcelanatos do garden do meu apartamento e terei que arriscar em outra loja da rede. Fujam desta loja!
 Would not recommend. My experience at the store was good until the purchase. After the purchase, total disregard for the information and deadlines for the delivery of almost everything from projects to the product. To this day I have not been able to speak to the manager who has not returned my calls. You have not bought the porcelanatos from the garden of my apartment and I'll have to risk it at another store in the chain. Flee from this shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não dou uma estrela porque os porcelanatos são muito bonitos. Péssimo atendimento, se tem mais que dois clientes na loja, pode ir embora porque não vão te dar atenção. Pior que minha intenção era ir e comprar, acabei indo em uma loja de outra marca e fechando a maior parte da compra. Vou em outra unidade da Portobello comprar apenas o que não achar um design semelhante. Ótima marca, péssima lógica.
I do not give a star because the porcelanatos are very beautiful. Poor service, if you have more than two customers in the store, you can leave because they will not pay attention. Worse than my intention was to go and buy, I ended up going to a different brand store and closing most of the purchase. I'll go in another unit of Portobello to buy only what does not find a similar design. Great brand, bad logic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO RECOMENDO Péssimo atendimento, as atendentes não tem o mínimo respeito pelo cliente. Fizemos a compra de pisos e nos disseram que a entrega que do dia 22/10 seria adiantada para o dia 16/10 na parte da manhã. Ficamos aguradando o carregamento chegar e até as 17h do dia 16 nada havia chegado. Entramos em contato com a loja e a atendente nos assegurou com toda certeza que eles NUNCA tiveram problemas com entregas. Pois bem... alguns minutos depois ela envia uma menssagem dizendo que havia acontecido um problema e que eles entregariam no dia 17. Tentamos ligar por que ja tínhamos compromisso, mas não nos atenderam. Não pediram desculpas e não nos deram nenhuma satisfação. Esse foi um do problemas entre outros que tiveram ao longo do caminha. NÃO RECOMENDO
DO NOT RECOMMEND Poor service, the attendants have no respect for the customer. We made the purchase of floors and were told that the delivery that from 10/22 would be advanced to 10/16 in the morning. We were waiting for the shipment to arrive and until 5 pm on the 16th, nothing had arrived. We contacted the store and the attendant assured us with certainty that they NEVER had problems with deliveries. Well ... a few minutes later she sends a message saying that a problem had happened and that they would deliver it on the 17th. We tried to call because we already had an appointment, but they didn't answer us. They did not apologize and gave us no satisfaction. This was one of the problems among others that they had along the way. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Ate um cafe foi nos ofertados, mesmo sem terms fechado negocio.
Infelismente nossa procura nao foi encontrada.
Mas hiper recomendo.
Profissionais LA se encontra para atender a necessidade em sua Obra, construction ou reforma!
We were in the morning at the store, we were very well received.
Even a cafe was offered to us, even without closing the deal.
Unfortunately our search was not found.

Não só a vendedora, mas o produto portobello é impossível fazer paginação, tem tamanhos diferentes e só vi isso quando já estava na minha obra , tive que mudar o projeto, comprar mais peças, atrasou a obra ! Uma confusão, não retornam ! Nunca mais !
The seller did everything wrong and months later, I'm still in trouble! Not only the seller, but the portobello product is impossible to make pagination, it has different sizes and I only saw it when I was in my work, I had to change the project, buy more pieces, it delayed the work! A mess, do not return! Never !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EDIT 2: 11/02 (tarde): A loja me enviou a argamassa correta e vai arcar com os custos a mais que tive com retirada e recolocação. Por hora, problema resolvido!
EDIT: 11/02 - a gerente Rochele me atendeu prontamente hoje e vai resolver a situação de maneira rápida.
10/02 - A vendedora teve um erro básico no tipo de argamassa que desde o começo pedi piso sobre piso. Antes de utilizar, contatei a vendedora novamente para confirmar se aquela argamassa realmente serviria para piso sobre piso. Ao colocar, o pedreiro perguntou se ela realmente era piso sobre piso. Eu disse que a vendedora havia garantido que sim. Infelizmente não era. Estou com a colocação na metade, e descubro ligando em outra Portobello que essa argamassa não serve de maneira alguma para piso sobre piso. Agora estou no aguardo do retorno da gerente, que sim nesse primeiro momento mostrou interesse em me atender, mas agora com dor de cabeça de atrasos que estão por vir.
EDIT 2: 11/02 (afternoon): The store sent me the correct mortar and will bear the extra costs I had with removal and replacement. For now, problem solved!
EDIT: 11/02 - Manager Rochele attended to me promptly today and will resolve the situation quickly.
02/10 - The seller had a basic error in the type of mortar that I asked for from floor to floor from the beginning. Before using it, I contacted the seller again to confirm that the mortar would actually be used for floor to floor. When placing, the mason asked if she really was floor to floor. I said that the saleswoman had guaranteed that she would. Unfortunately it was not. I'm halfway through, and I find by calling another Portobello that this mortar is in no way suitable for floor to floor. Now I am waiting for the manager's return, which at the first moment showed interest in attending me, but now with the headache of delays that are to come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento, mas a empresa não cumpre o prazo de entrega!!! Estou desde o dia 16 (data limite para minha entrega) esperando os pisos...pra vender foi rapidinho, agora pra entregar....pelo preço esperava muito mais profissionalismo da empresa!!!
Excellent service, but the company does not meet the delivery deadline!!! I've been waiting for the floors since the 16th (deadline for my delivery)...to sell it was quick, now to deliver...for the price I expected much more professionalism from the company!!!

Comprei o revestimento antecipadamente justamente para evitar atrasos de entregas a 5 meses atrás, com data para entregar em setembro apenas pois nao queria correr risco, mesmo eles tendo em estoque os produtos na época, chegando na data combinada entregaram apenas metade, e dando previsão de mais 45 dias para entregar o restante, mesmo sabendo que comprei a mto tempo atrás justamente para evitar atrasos.. minha obra está parada por falta de programação deles!
Do not give satisfaction! I bought the coating in advance precisely to avoid delivery delays 5 months ago, with a date to deliver in September only because I didn't want to take any risk, even though they had the products in stock at the time, arriving on the agreed date they delivered only half, and giving a forecast of 45 more days to deliver the rest, even knowing that I bought it a long time ago precisely to avoid delays... my work is stopped due to lack of their schedule!
